Had a wonderful time! What a view of Cane Bay. If you love to cook the kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking utensils and even to my surprise a great assortment of cooking spices! Our overall experience was very pleasant.

What an amazing slice of paradise! Ample space for large families, plenty of linens and the outdoor set up is amazing; where we spent the majority of our time. Very short walk to local restaurants, coffee and the most amazing beach. Centrally located to most other activities and shops. Our family really enjoyed our time here and would love to come back if we visit the island again.

Vacation Paradise

Beautiful property in a perfect location to experience the island life! Three beach bars and restaurants in easy walking distance and the snorkeling at Cane Bay was incredible!

We visited St Croix for the 1st time and chose Villa Dawn for our vacation home based on location being mid-island, reviews, pool, and being able to accommodate our party of 6 comfortably. Our host Kent provided us with all the information we needed before our trip and responded to all of our questions promptly. His prepared documents are well written, provided a great wealth of information, and will become a lifesaver if it's your 1st time visiting the island. We have 0 complaints about the Villa. Everything was super clean; kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, dishes, pots and pans (if you decide to cook in). It was by far the nicest VRBO we've stayed at over the years.The pool was a great addition to have. If you check out other properties in St Croix, very few homes for rent have pools, and we did not want a condo for our family size. The area is quite secluded and higher end. We never felt concerned about safety. The closest neighbor (down a long driveway) who had cats/dogs, and horses would give us a friendly and welcoming hello to start the morning (horses as well!). Be prepared for bumpy roads all throughout St Croix. If you can, get a jeep we highly recommend it. We had a minivan and we had to be cautious in certain areas. Cane Bay is paradise simply put. The sunrises and sunsets, walking distance from the Villa, a stunning beach, fantastic snorkeling, great restaurants also within walking distance. You will not be disappointed choosing Dawn and Kent's Villa.

Villa Dawn is perfect place for vacay

Owner was very helpful with communications before our stay. The home was cute, clean, and well equipped. The views are amazing, the pool was refreshing with plenty of lounge chairs and pool toys . The covered Veranda was a huge bonus The Veranda is a big bonus

Fantastic rental house in Cane Bay

We really enjoyed this house…the location, the view, the pool, the central air is a huge bonus, it’s spacious, and has a great kitchen. We only regret not staying longer!

Perfect location

This was our second stay in st. Croix, this home was ideal for a family. The location was great and the house fit our needs. There are a few beachside bars/restaurants at the bottom of the driveway and cane bay right across the street.

A magical destination

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Dawn. The house was nicely equipped with everything we needed. The pool and the views couldn't be nicer. I would absolutely recommend Villa Dawn to all my friends and family.

Villa Dawn

Villa Dawn was even better than the listing. Enjoyed the pool, the covered patio was so nice. Great property and location. Enjoyed seeing whitetail doe and her fawn in the yard every morning and the iguanas sunning in the tree beyond the pool.

Amazing Family Vacation

We loved everything about villa dawn especially how it was walking distance to the beach. We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave and saw the villa was open for the next week. Unfortunately my daughter’s mom wouldn’t let us stay for an additional week. We hope to visit villa dawn again.

Villa Dawn has everything! With chairs/towels, coolers, plenty of kitchen which allows you to really relax and take advantage of one of the best locations ever. Pool, proximity to beach, food and world class scuba is all amazing. It is so easy to stay here it’s for sure fantastic. One step out on the patio and the relaxation starts.

Great hosts

Kent and Dawn did a great job dealing with a few issues to make our stay nice. Awesome view from the property. We even got to o serve 2 mongooses making more mongeese from the deck

Great Family Vacation Home

We stayed at Villa Dawn in June and absolutely loved the property and location to the beach. The grounds were beautiful, the house was very clean with a well stocked kitchen and the pool and view were amazing. We loved drinking coffee every morning on the covered porch enjoying the beautiful view of the Caribbean Ocean. The reservation process and communication with property managers was very easy. I would highly recommend this property.

Nice home, great sea view

Villa Dawn is a beautiful home with pool and lovely sea view. Large lanai for viewing sunsets. Kitchen has everything you would ever need. Owners are very attentive and communicated with us during our stay. Wifi worked great.

Bit of Paradise on Earth

Villa Dawn provided the perfect house for our three couple, family celebration. Two large en-suite master bedrooms with a third, fully furnished apartment below; huge, overstocked kitchen, gorgeous pool and deck with sunset views; 5-minute walk to beach and dining sites and a 30-minute (max) car ride to all the island has to offer. We could not be happier with our decision to live a week a Villa Dawn.

The house was great for our family. We were very short on towels and there was 1 in the kitchen to dry dishes. Basic essential very short, toilet paper, paper towels and no garbage bags. Other B&B we've stay at this was just supplied. The shortage of bath towels was probably our biggest issue and the road going up to the house. The pool was great and house itself was very comfortable.

Hi Gina, I am very sorry that you were short on towels! I spoke to my housekeeper and she said there should be plenty of towels for your large group. I am not sure why there was only one kitchen towel, we always have 3 or 4 in a kitchen drawer. We also generally have 1 rool on, and 1 rool off for TP and a roll of paper towels to get you going. I am sorry, that we didn't supply enough paper products for your group of 11 guests for the entire week. The shared road up the the villa can get a little bumpy this time of year. It is the wet season and we can't do any grading until the rains are done at the end of November. If we did, it would just get washed away on the next big rainfall. Dawn is there now and is arranging with the other owners that share the road to have it graded in the next few weeks. We are so glad thatb you otherwise enjoyed your stay at Villa Dawn! All the best! Great Stay at Villa Dawn

Great view of Cane Bay!! Nothing better than being by the pool and enjoying the beauty of St. Croix. House was very clean and provided everything we needed for the week (beach towels, beach chairs, etc.). Great local restaurants around the area if you don't want to travel too far after a day on the beach. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to relax, this is the place. Property owner provided a packet of details about Villa Dawn before you arrive. Details in the packet made the check-in and check-out a breeze.

Most relaxing and fun vacation ever!

We stayed at Villa Dawn from May 23 to June 2nd 2018. It was our first family vacation and everyone thought the Villa was amazing. Had an awesome trip to Buck Island. Highly recommend sailing and snorkeling with Captain Carl and Kaylie with Tamarack Excursions. Food and service in all restaurants was exceptional. Pizza at Off the Wall was the best.
