The apartment is located in the district LES AUBES, 10 minutes from the heart of town of Montpellier. The accommodation is in a very quiet dead end, with free parking and 200 meters from Rimbaud Park.
The air-conditioned apartment is completely renovated and furnished new since July 2017.
The apartment has a double exposure (south and east).
The tram station "LES AUBES" is 5 minutes walk from the housing. For coffee lovers, there are 3 coffeemakers: traditional filters, a philips coffee pod and a capsule Nespresso. Sheets, blankets and bath towels are provided with a small set of toiletries (shower gel, shampoo ...). For a free arrival without constraint, a safe containing the key of the housing is at your disposal (code provides in due time).
