The condo was great! Plenty of space for all of us. View was spectacular, outdoor pool was used often by our 13 year old and her friend. Indoor pool could use some love. 3 elevators so you never waited to long. Staff was great, super friendly. Family oriented community. Convenient trash shoot, washer and dryer are always a plus. The host was wonderful and easy to work with. Would love to stay again. Thank you so much -The Su Family

Great VRBO! Check-in was easy, the home is so nicely decorated and very comfortable! Wonderful view of the ocean! We wish we had booked it for a longer stay! Beth was such a nice host! Would definitely recommend!

Perfect location on the beach with beautiful ocean views! The property is very spacious and so welcoming. The property owner was extremely friendly and accommodating to our schedule. Highly recommend!

Amazing place to stay

Extremely happy with this stay! The best condo we have rented to date. Everything you need is there. The layout, bedrooms and furniture are so functional. Owner was great to communicate with and made the process seamless. We would stay here again!

Home at the Beach

The condo was amazing as far as everything you would need for a beach vacation! Condo could have been cleaner but overall great to rent from Beth!

Couldn’t have asked for more.

Owner made the whole experience a joy. From the cute cabana tent to the holders to keep your beverage out of the sand, everything was thought of.

Great weekend trip

This property is absolutely everything you need to enjoy OCMD! The location is quiet enough, but also close enough to all the action, that you're really getting the best of everything! The apartment is decorated like the perfect beach house. Hands down though, the amount of amenities offered might be the best part of the property. Even if you forget koozies for drinks, playing cards, beach towels, beach chairs, every kitchen utensil you can imagine- it has it all! I could not rave more about Beth and the hospitality she offered to me and my guests. We will be back and definitely recommend checking this place out for yourself!

Beautiful Condo and Awesome location and view!!!

This condo is absolutely stunning. There is everything you can possible need inside. Beach chairs, children's beach toys, beach towels, comfy bedding and comforters, and all the soft towels you can possibly need. The kitchen is fully stocked with all kinds of appliances, dishes, cups, bowls, silverware!! You name it … it is there waiting for you! We could not have been happier with our stay. We didn't want to leave!!! Did I mention the view of the ocean out of every window!!! Amazing!!

Amazing Experience!!!

Had the opportunity to stay here over New Years with two of my good friends and we had SUCH a wonderful experience. The condo is in a great location, and faces directly onto the beach. The condo was roomy, cozy, and we loved all the beachy decorations. When the owner says you don’t need to bring anything other than your clothes and food, she is 100% right. The owner has literally thought of everything! We cooked the vast majority of our week and never lacked for pots/pans, utensils, dishes, glasses, etc. We were also able to easily order food in. Although it was off season and cold, having the balcony with its view of the ocean (and fireworks at New Year’s Eve!!) was wonderful. The owner is sooo kind, great communication and helpful. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place, it’s a total gem and me and my friends will definitely be back!

When the host said just pack a bag we got everything else that was an understatement. The Cavanaugh’s thought of everything. Not only that but what was included was well taken care of. The condo had a great vibe with how it was decorated. The pictures on the sight were perfect to see what to expect.

Overall GREAT experience!!

The property is obviously loved and well maintained. Anything and everything that you could want for the beach and just hanging out is in the condo. Only thing to be aware of is if the property is busy you won’t be able to pay for two parking spots, you’ll only get one. However there is a reasonably priced public lot just across the street that was very convenient. Would absolutely rent again!!
