TÀmÀ on remontoitu 3 makuuhuoneen, 2 tÀyden kylpyammeen (sekÀ suljettu ulkosuihku) koti, jossa kaikki mukavuudet ovat perheen kanssa nautittavissa. Uusi suurempi keittiö, jossa kaikki uudet laitteet, kuten astianpesukone. ErittÀin siisti koti perheesi nauttia!

Cape May Villas on vain muutaman minuutin pÀÀssÀ Cape Mayin rannoilta tai Wildwoodsista nautintoa varten. Voit myös rentoutua vain muutaman askeleen pÀÀssÀ lahti rannalla sateenvarjon alla ja nauttia merituulesta. Kuuman pÀivÀn jÀlkeen rannalla perheesi voi tulla takaisin ja rentoutua uima-altaalla omalla kannella. KÀvele auringonlaskurannalle, vain muutaman askeleen pÀÀssÀ kodistamme, ja nauti uskomattomista auringonlaskuista joka ilta tai ota pÀivÀ rannalta ja nauti rauhallisesta lahden rannasta.

Allas on tÀysin suljettu turva-aidalla ja itsestÀÀn sulkeutuvalla turvaportilla. Pihalla on paljon tilaa lapsillesi pelaamiseen pihalla aidatulla ja rentouttavalle kokemuksellesi. Omista kajakki, aurinkokala tai kanootti, tuo se mukaasi, kun olet askeleen pÀÀssÀ lahdesta, kauniilla rannalla.

Birderit ovat askeleen pÀÀssÀ Delaware Bayn rannalta, joka on aarrearkku lintujen tarkkailuun, ja muutaman minuutin pÀÀssÀ Cape Mayin lintujen observatorioon. Olet myös muutaman minuutin pÀÀssÀ Stone Harborin kosteikkoinstituutista ja Cape May Countyn elÀintarhasta.

KeitÀ grillillÀ, pidÀ illallinen uima-altaan puolella, kÀvele sitten lahden rannalle ja nauti kauniista auringonlaskusta !! Olemme 2 talon pÀÀssÀ lahden rannalta. TÀmÀ koti sijaitsee rauhallisella kadulla, jossa voit nauttia pyörÀilystÀ milloin tahansa vuorokauden aikaan.

Best little shore house by the Bay!!

My family and I stayed in this beautifully appointed house to meet up with our cousins from NJ who also had a shore house for the week!! We loved everything about this house and it’s location! It’s a nice quiet neighborhood with friendly people, we were one short block walk to the beach where we caught some amazing sunsets! We were a short drive to Wildwood and the boardwalk where we always have a blast! It was easy as pie to check in and check out, the owners have a great manual that helps with everything. The pool was great and thankfully the weather cooperated till our last day and we got to enjoy it!! There were 6 of us that stayed in the house and it was just perfect for all 6 of us! The kitchen was great and the whole place was very clean!! We will definitely keep this house in mind for our next family reunion vacation!!

Another Great Stay

We had another great week at this property. The house is always very clean and orderly. The renovations/upgrades look great and everything is arranged nicely. We really like the location, that the house is so close to the bay and also a short drive to the beach, restaurants and fun family activities. Highly recommend staying here!

Lovely house with swimming pool and a short walk to beach!

This house, pool, deck and plenty of grassy back yard to play in were ideal for us and my young grandchildren. The house is well-equipped and the layout where the living room is away from the bedrooms is great. We had perfect weather and can highly recommend this quiet neighbourhood and the beach sunsets! Lovely & Cozy

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect for little ones. The house was a 2 minute walk from the bay. We spent our days lounging around. It was a 20 min drive to Cape May Zoo and a 20 min drive to Wildwood boardwalk. The neighborhood is quiet but there’s restaurants, Wawa, and a crab place all nearby.

Great Trip

We always have a great stay at this property. Nice house with a good sized living room and kitchen, outdoor space and a fun pool. Location is also great, being only a block from the bay. With two little kids, this is a perfect vacation spot.

Wonderful, relaxing place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The pool was perfect!!! Most days we just walked to the beach...very convenient. The house is an easy 15 to 20 minutes from Wildwood or Cape May activities, but also there are lots of restaurants and things to do right there. Owners were very responsive. We hope to return next year. Thanks for a great vacation!

Wonderful Family Vacation

If you are looking for somewhere to stay that is away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown beach districts, this is it! Steps away from the bay beach with our own swimming pool, we made some awesome family memories. Conor and Kristin purchased the property after I had made the reservation but they were very accommodating. Before we arrived, it took a little while to hear back from them but they replied quickly to any inquiries while we were there. Keep in mind that there is a short drive to go to Cape May or Wildwood boardwalk but the peaceful accommodations were well worth it. All the comforts of home in an amazing vacation with the most dazzling sunsets to boot! I highly recommend!

Amazing home and location

Perfect place for a family. The home is very cute and comfortable. Loved the kitchen for cooking meals it’s pretty big and so nice. Everything you could need for meals including kids cups, bowls and plates. Very family friendly I loved that. Very nice size yard for the kids to run around. They also loved relaxing in the pool. Location of the home is perfect! Close to everything you need. Very short walk to the bay to watch the sunsets which are amazing!!!! Nice friendly neighbors also. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for my family to spend a week. The owners are super nice and available very quickly when needed. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you !

Memorial weekend 2021 (Thursday to Monday)

Wow!! This place is beyond awesome. It was a girls weekend: 2 Aunts, 2 Cousins (17 & 18). The neighborhood was 10/10, check in 10/10 beach location/access 10/10, the house 20/20. Not one thing bad to say. If you’re ever headed to south Jersey, BOOK HERE!! Hosts were awesome, getting to the house was a breeze and the location was on point. Thank you Connor and Kristin!

Site was as described & pictured

My husband, two children (9 yrs old & 4 yrs old) & I stayed at this property for 3 days. It was safe, comfortable, clean & as described, with amenities, such as washer & dryer, etc. The neighborhood was quiet, overall. One evening there was some loud music for a bit, but it wasn't past normal hrs for noise & it wasn't offensive or anything, so the neighbors seemed reasonable. The house is only two houses away from the beach. We were able to go on a whale watch, take the kids fishing and go to the zoo. I liked that for the cost of a hotel room, we were able to stay away from people we don't live with, due to the pandemic & maintain my kids' schedules for when & how they usually eat & sleep. The check in/out process had changed, but was easy.

We have owned this home since 2021, and bought it because of the quiet neighborhood and its proximity to the bay beach. This location offers the best of all worlds, whether you like walks on the beach in the morning, flying kites with the your children during the day, or watching the sunsets at night. What we discovered was each night at our beach, you will see the most unique sunsets you will ever see on the East Coast. Each night, the bay, sun and sky provide a different show for its visitors. In Cape May they call it 'Sunset Beach', and in the Villas, we call it 'Our Best Kept Secret'.
