Questa è una casa ristrutturata con 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni completi (più una doccia esterna chiusa) con tutti i comfort per la tua famiglia. Una nuova cucina più grande con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici, compresa una lavastoviglie. Casa molto pulita per il divertimento della tua famiglia!

Le Ville Cape May sono a pochi minuti dalle spiagge di Cape May o dai Wildwoods per il tuo divertimento. Puoi anche rilassarti a pochi passi sulla spiaggia della baia sotto l'ombrellone e goderti la brezza dell'oceano. Dopo una calda giornata in spiaggia la tua famiglia può tornare e rinfrescarsi in piscina con il suo mazzo. Cammina verso la nostra Sunset Beach, a pochi passi da casa nostra e goditi incredibili tramonti ogni notte, oppure prenditi un giorno libero dalla spiaggia e goditi la tranquilla spiaggia della baia.

La piscina è completamente chiusa con una recinzione di sicurezza e un cancello di sicurezza a chiusura automatica. Il cortile ha molto spazio per far giocare i tuoi bambini nel cortile recintato e per la tua esperienza rilassante. Possiedi un kayak, un sunfish o una canoa, portalo con te, mentre sei a pochi passi dalla baia, con una bellissima spiaggia.

Per gli amanti del birdwatching ci sono pochi passi dalla spiaggia di Delaware Bay, che è un tesoro per il birdwatching, e pochi minuti per l'osservatorio degli uccelli di Cape May. Sei anche a pochi minuti dal Wetlands Institute di Stone Harbor e dallo zoo di Cape May County.

Best little shore house by the Bay!!

My family and I stayed in this beautifully appointed house to meet up with our cousins from NJ who also had a shore house for the week!! We loved everything about this house and it’s location! It’s a nice quiet neighborhood with friendly people, we were one short block walk to the beach where we caught some amazing sunsets! We were a short drive to Wildwood and the boardwalk where we always have a blast! It was easy as pie to check in and check out, the owners have a great manual that helps with everything. The pool was great and thankfully the weather cooperated till our last day and we got to enjoy it!! There were 6 of us that stayed in the house and it was just perfect for all 6 of us! The kitchen was great and the whole place was very clean!! We will definitely keep this house in mind for our next family reunion vacation!!

Another Great Stay

We had another great week at this property. The house is always very clean and orderly. The renovations/upgrades look great and everything is arranged nicely. We really like the location, that the house is so close to the bay and also a short drive to the beach, restaurants and fun family activities. Highly recommend staying here!

Lovely house with swimming pool and a short walk to beach!

This house, pool, deck and plenty of grassy back yard to play in were ideal for us and my young grandchildren. The house is well-equipped and the layout where the living room is away from the bedrooms is great. We had perfect weather and can highly recommend this quiet neighbourhood and the beach sunsets! Thank you hosts!

Lovely & Cozy

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect for little ones. The house was a 2 minute walk from the bay. We spent our days lounging around. It was a 20 min drive to Cape May Zoo and a 20 min drive to Wildwood boardwalk. The neighborhood is quiet but there’s restaurants, Wawa, and a crab place all nearby.

Great Trip

We always have a great stay at this property. Nice house with a good sized living room and kitchen, outdoor space and a fun pool. Location is also great, being only a block from the bay. With two little kids, this is a perfect vacation spot.

Wonderful, relaxing place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The pool was perfect!!! Most days we just walked to the beach...very convenient. The house is an easy 15 to 20 minutes from Wildwood or Cape May activities, but also there are lots of restaurants and things to do right there. Owners were very responsive. We hope to return next year. Thanks for a great vacation!

Wonderful Family Vacation

If you are looking for somewhere to stay that is away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown beach districts, this is it! Steps away from the bay beach with our own swimming pool, we made some awesome family memories. Conor and Kristin purchased the property after I had made the reservation but they were very accommodating. Before we arrived, it took a little while to hear back from them but they replied quickly to any inquiries while we were there. Keep in mind that there is a short drive to go to Cape May or Wildwood boardwalk but the peaceful accommodations were well worth it. All the comforts of home in an amazing vacation with the most dazzling sunsets to boot! I highly recommend!

Amazing home and location

Perfect place for a family. The home is very cute and comfortable. Loved the kitchen for cooking meals it’s pretty big and so nice. Everything you could need for meals including kids cups, bowls and plates. Very family friendly I loved that. Very nice size yard for the kids to run around. They also loved relaxing in the pool. Location of the home is perfect! Close to everything you need. Very short walk to the bay to watch the sunsets which are amazing!!!! Nice friendly neighbors also. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for my family to spend a week. The owners are super nice and available very quickly when needed. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you !

Memorial weekend 2021 (Thursday to Monday)

Wow!! This place is beyond awesome. It was a girls weekend: 2 Aunts, 2 Cousins (17 & 18). The neighborhood was 10/10, check in 10/10 beach location/access 10/10, the house 20/20. Site was as described & pictured

My husband, two children (9 yrs old & 4 yrs old) & I stayed at this property for 3 days. It was safe, comfortable, clean & as described, with amenities, such as washer & dryer, etc. The neighborhood was quiet, overall. One evening there was some loud music for a bit, but it wasn't past normal hrs for noise & it wasn't offensive or anything, so the neighbors seemed reasonable. The house is only two houses away from the beach. We were able to go on a whale watch, take the kids fishing and go to the zoo. I liked that for the cost of a hotel room, we were able to stay away from people we don't live with, due to the pandemic & maintain my kids' schedules for when & how they usually eat & sleep. The check in/out process had changed, but was easy.

We have owned this home since 2021, and bought it because of the quiet neighborhood and its proximity to the bay beach. This location offers the best of all worlds, whether you like walks on the beach in the morning, flying kites with the your children during the day, or watching the sunsets at night. What we discovered was each night at our beach, you will see the most unique sunsets you will ever see on the East Coast. Each night, the bay, sun and sky provide a different show for its visitors. In Cape May they call it 'Sunset Beach', and in the Villas, we call it 'Our Best Kept Secret'.

This is a very quiet neighborhood where the kids enjoy riding their bikes and going down to the bay beach and flying kits, digging in the sand, and watching the awesome sunsets.
