GORGEOUS HOME WITH - AMAZING POOL & SPA!

PLEASE NOTE: We are a FRIDAY to FRIDAY rental. There is a 7 day minimum stay required during the summer season (June - August).

Cape Cottage is a premiere, luxurious 3 mile off-shore property where every detail for your perfect family vacation has been thoughtfully considered. The owner's high standards will be evident throughout the home! Located less than a 5 minute drive to Avalon, you'll enjoy everything the shore has to offer in your own private oasis, close enough to the beach yet tucked away from the crowded island.

ABOUT CAPE COTTAGE:
The main attraction of this home is the incredible outdoor entertaining area. You'll love the custom designed 18' x 40' heated swimming pool with a large raised spa which easily seats up to 12 adults comfortably! It also features 2 waterfalls and a sun shelf, perfect for little ones to splash around on. At night, the glow of the pool lights along with the soft ambient lighting from the deck and firepit will be the perfect backdrop to unwind after a fun packed day. The expansive deck has an outdoor sectional couch, fire pit, Weber grill, dining table with umbrella and seating for 6. There’s also ample seating for everyone around the pool with 4 chaise lounges. Lawn games, such as corn hole and horseshoes, are provided for guests to enjoy in the back yard.

The main living area features open concept living with a high-end custom kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay: dish & dishwasher detergent, paper towels, basic spices, Keurig coffee maker, full size coffee maker, lobster pot, toaster, waffle maker, crockpot, microwave, dishwasher, blender, and much more. New Smart flat screen tv’s are provided in every bedroom and a main tv in the living room. Highest speed Internet/WiFi provided. Guests will enjoy the convenience of every bedroom having its own dedicated full-size bathroom. The master has an ensuite and there is also an outside shower by the pool with cold and hot controls. Bedroom configurations are as follows: 1 King, 1 queen, 2 fulls (bunk bed) with 1 twin trundle. Upscale furniture and bedding provided throughout this beautifully decorated home. 6 Avalon/Stone Harbor Beach Tags provided for use during your stay. Anyone 12 and older are required to have a Beach Tags while visiting the Avalon and Stone Harbor beaches. Additional daily or weekly tags can be purchased while on the beach if needed.

In the large garage you’ll find complimentary beach chairs, oversized beach/pool towels, beach umbrellas, beach cart, coolers, beach toys, high chair, stroller, pack n play, pool floats and noodles are also provided for guests to use.

Although nobody wants to do laundry Full size washer and dryer, utility sink, iron and ironing board in the laundry room. A starter pack of detergents and bleach are provided.

Wonderful vacation spot

Perfect property for two families. The pool and outdoor spa were great, and there was ample beach equipment, towels, etc which made it super convenient. Lisa is wonderful to work with. It was a great vacation all around and highly recommend this property!

Great location! Its a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to travel to everything! It's across from the grocery store but still has a private residential feel. Close to a beautiful beach in Avalon and only 15 mins to Wildwood! Beautiful home, wonderful heated pool and hot tub!! Beach supplies provided.Only recommendation would be to add a few more privacy trees in the backyard, but overall it was pretty private and we didn't see or hear the neighbors while we were there.

The house was perfect Clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished. Pool and backyard were were amazing. Heated spa was great and large enough for grandson to swim in. Lisa was very receptive and prompt in our questions. It was a perfcet location between Cape May and Avalon/Stone Harbor. We have high expectations and this property was more than we had hoped. Would definitely recommend it for a family. Be sure to read over everything that is included with your stay as they provided alot!

It’s hard even leaving this house, because my kids love the pool so much! When we do leave it’s close to everything. Short drive to the beautiful beaches of Avalon. We enjoy the arcade there and our favorite ice cream shop moved right next to the arcade which is perfect! We are already booking for next year!

We had a wondeful.stay at this house. It was beautiful, clean, and impressively decorated. Everything specified on the listing was there. It was convenient to all beach towns. Plus, the spa and the pool were amazing to have right in the backyard. We will 100% be back next summer.

Loved the house, lication and cleanliness of all. Everything you could need was supplied. Only issue was lack of handrails, especially near and into pool proved problematic for cane-using guest.

This property was absolutely terrific! I believed all the previous reviews & booked it. What really sold me was the photo of the pool and hot tub. We were three couples and having three bathrooms was very convenient. Only downsides? - my husband uses a cane & there is a step from the entry to the living area & no grab bars in shower.

Great home and location

The house did not disappoint! So well stocked with the simple things like plates, utensils, pots/pans, etc.(I have stayed in many that have the bare minimum). House was comfortable, larger than appears from outside, so much room for everyone. The house was very clean and the linen service quality was great. The hot water/showers were so nice, we were all able to get ready without worrying about the water getting hot. Games galore. The pool and spa were fantastic. Spent the entire day lounging and relaxing. Plenty of outdoor seating and grill.

Our family had a wonderful time - the location is ideal—close to Stone Harbor and Cape May. The home is comfortable and spotless - the kitchen is fully equipped - The star is the outdoor entertainment area! The pictures don’t lie - My constructive input - 1. The bed in the bedroom facing the street is a platform bed and the slats made a lot of noise . 2. The missing lighting and rail by the pool are important . 3. Beautiful Property

When we arrived we were in awe with how beautiful the property is. It was clean and had plenty of parking. There were plenty of fresh linens and towels available for our use. For our first night, we planned for a night time pool party as the property lists there are pool lights. Unfortunately the pool lights were not operable. When I messaged the owner about this issue they responded that they stopped working last week, which I was not informed of. Also, the fire pit was not operable so a lot of the things I purchased for the pool and the fire pit went to waste. The property owners never followed up or made any attempt to remedy this issue when I let them know that this was an issue for us.

We absolutely loved this property. The house was very clean and updated. Our 3 year old daughter loved the pool and spa. The location is perfect. So close to Avalon , Sea Isle , Cape May. Accommodated 7 adults very comfortably. The grill allowed for a family meal without the restaurant wait. The adult kids (under 30) enjoyed the hot tub and pool toys. Comfortable outdoor seating around the fire pit was nice and relaxing. An easy less than 5 minute drive to the ocean.

We came here with our two kids and family friends. The house has everything you need. Best part was def the pool, deck and hot tub. We spent all day there. Kitchen is very well stocked. There's a grill on the deck. We didn't need to go out to eat at all. Beds and pillows were super comfy, showers were great. Owner was very responsive. Place was immaculate. Great experience overall. Heads up to other guests: don't forget your bug spray ! The outdoor area has a lot of little "no see ums" that bite just like mosquitos. It's the beginning of summer so insects are out, understandably. Overall, great stay.

Fantastic find!

We were blown away with the beauty of this property and all the things Lisa provided to guests. The Acme market was super convenient too! We had great weather and enjoyed the beach, historical museum, cape may zoo, and a short trip to wildwood boardwalk. Great location with so many things to do! Would definitely visit again!
