Loved it, perfect for us to enjoy a 4 day getaway for the last of the season snow. Great appartment, brilliant location, good selection of facilities in the kitchen area and a great view to see what’s going on. Great apartment in a great location!

We were very happy with this apartment, excellent spot, right amongst the restaurants and supermarket outside, great views from the balcony, warm and clean rooms, living room and a bedroom with double bed. Also has bunk bed separately in another corner nook area. Dishwasher is a big bonus. Avoriaz was amazing and so was the apartment. Thank you!

Studio for students

Very small "appartement". It is not possible to leave the table (open) and chairs in the room because it make it impossible to walk around. The "apartment" need to be completely renovated. Painting is falling of the walls. Wardrobes are ridiculous and selfmade. One don't close anymore. In a other one the shelf always fall down. Toilet don't flush properly because of homemade plumbing. The apartment is situated on the third floor but you can still hear the noise of the clients leaving the bar underneath.

25m2 apartment, noted in the ad, the table and chairs are folding to allow passage when you have finish meals. The apartment was professionally renovated 8 years ago and the fittings in the bedroom are custom selfmade. The painting of the bathroom will be redone at the end of th season. I suppose you asked the concierge to fix the problems. The windows are double glazed and you can hear the fireworks and outdoor evenings on December 31, July 14 and August 15.

Avoriaz is simply a magical wonderland that was an incredible place to stay during the winter season.The location of the property was perfect. 20 m to the Carrefour supermarket, 20 m to ski hire, next to all the key restaurants and bars, and literally doorstep skiing as you step out the block door on to the snow.Ski locker situated in same building, and fast lift to apartment.We had family of 4 on this visit, and although tight, we managed OK, enjoying the little balcony that overlooked the slopes for evening views and unwinding. Partial views of sunsets. You will know everyone intimately by the time you leave with all sounds audible!Apartment had everything we needed including UK TV channels, hairdryer, cooking appliances, UK adaptors and a strong phone signal, but no WIFI- which depending on your perspective is good or bad.Beds (you need to hire sheets) were not the comfiest, but functional. I've never used a ceramic hob or combined microwave grill, and could have really used some manuals or instructions. We are fairly intelligent people but had no clue how to work these. Good hot water and central heating.I had to write a few times to Madame Doin in the weeks building up to the stay with general queries, and always got a prompt reply.The office you pick the keys up from is really limited in it's opening hours, so be careful if you have an issue or question. They are helpful if you can catch them.I'd absolutely recommend.

Bien mais minuscule (mais pas le prix!)

Je pensais avoir un peu d'espace vu les tarifs mais l'appartement est minuscule: le lit de 140 tient a peine dans la chambre, le coin montagne est rikiki et le salon trop petit pour accueillir la table (qui est donc pliable!). L'emplacement est très bien (central et ski au pieds), mais pour le prix demandé j'ai déjà eu bcp mieux dans des stations comparables. En bref l'appartement est bien mais le rapport qualité/prix en haute saison ne l'est pas du tout.

Appartement bien situé, proche de toutes commodités, lumineux, bien équipé. Espace correcte pour deux personnes. La salle de bain aurait besoin de rénovation de peinture, mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un agréable séjour.

Satisfait du côté pratique

Le logement est très bien situé dans la station. Les fermetures en double vitrage évitent les nuisances sonores de l'animation. Il est plutôt bien équipé et fonctionnel. La location du dimanche au dimanche est un véritable atout. Les points négatifs sont la propreté très approximative quand nous sommes arrivés, la couette de lit usée et déchirée en plusieurs endroits et une porte coulissante de chambre qui ne fonctionne pas. Ce sont des points qui devraient être corrigés pour ce prix. Nous avons néanmoins passé un beau séjour.

Appartement bien placé et fonctionnel mais...

Nous avons trouvé l'appartement très sale quand nous sommes arrivés et rien ne nous a été proposé pour remédier à ce problème. Par ailleurs, il est écrit sur l'annonce que l'appartement a été rénové, ce qui n'est pas le cas (peinture qui se décolle, meubles vétustes,...) et la communication avec la propriétaire n'est pas bonne.

Je suis désolée que votre séjour se soit mal passé, mais certaines de vos demandes n'étaient pas fondées. Un éclat d'émail dans la baignoire n'est pas une baignoire salle. A votre demande la conciergerie est intervenue et m'a dit avoir régler les problèmes. (le champ du plan de travail était sale.) Effectivement il y a de la peinture cloquée au plafond au dessus de la baignoire, le peintre ayant oublié de tenir ses délais. L'appartement a été rénové il y a 8 ans, un problème de vmc ne fait pas de lui un appartement vétuste. Concernant les meubles, qui sont restreints dans 25 m2, la table et les 4 chaises, seules à ne pas avoir été changées lors de la rénovation, n'ont pas survécu aux deux premières locations de la saison et une nouvelle est commandée. Concernant la communication, je vous ai toujours répondu rapidement. Mais lorsque que vous m'envoyez un message à 20h pour me précisez que la conciergerie n'a pas changée une seconde alèse et que vous me relancez à 9H30 le lendemain, je considère que les saisonniers qui travaillent déjà 7 jours sur 7, peuvent s’arrêter la nuit. Je vous souhaite de trouver un appartement dans la station qui vous convient mieux.
