Great stay in Hampton bay

The house was sparkling clean with great attention to detail. The extra giant room was great for the kids to play in. The house was well stocked with everything you need for a nice stay. The property managers were also very responsive if you needed anything. Would def stay again.

Great house

We had a great weekend in Lulu and Steven’s house. They were very easy to communicate with and accommodating and the house is lovely. Definitely recommend this rental!

Amazing place!

The house was perfect for our extended family group stay. The location was great -- quiet, residential. The house was immaculate, comfortable and had all the amenities we could need or want! Actually I think the place was better in person than even on the website! Lulu and Steven were very responsive and even were very gracious to mail back a cell phone we left behind. HIghly recommended!

Fantastic Stay!

Lulu's house was perfect for our family getaway. The house was clean, convenient to beaches and town and had all the essentials. The house is in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. The fenced-in backyard is beautifully landscaped and relaxing for coffee or dinner outside. Our kids and dog loved playing in the yard. Lulu was such a thoughtful and responsive host. We can't wait to go back!

Wonderful escape to Hampton bays

What a beautiful home and location. The backyard is an oasis from the noise and hustle and bustle of daily life. The house is as advertised and very fully equipped. Lulu and Steven respond immediately to any questions or concerns. The owners welcome you with bagels and croissants etc. It is really a nice touch and makes you feel welcome. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends and family.

Amazing home and location.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the beds and the garden. There are lots of spaces to get away if you’re a big group. There were six of us and having an air conditioner and an Alexa in every room made for comfort and enjoyment. The dining room was set and we loved it!! We also ate outdoors on the patio. The addition of bikes, towels, beach chairs, coolers etc made us feel like careful thought was given to everything. Lulu was incredibly responsive and a good sport when I accidentally called her thinking she was my daughter! We loved it and it was more than expected. Photos need updating because it’s way cuter since being painted. Thank you for making our experience wonderful. Loti

Incredible stay !

We had a wonderful time! The house was so perfect. It was so comfortable and relaxing. We ate in the garden in the backyard every night. We made s'mores over the bbq grill. The kids loved the backyard. Lulu and Steven are beyond amazing hosts. They really provided every single item we needed (including baby shampoo and beach toys for the kids)!! The house is close to several beaches and a few minute drive to the Main Street with stores and Starbucks. It was a fabulous stay!! Thank you again!

Amazing Stay, and Amazing Hosts

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was amazing, close to the beach and shops. The host were also amazing. They had everything we needed and more ! Perfect for a family vacation or weekend getaway in the hamptons.

Great experience!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house is perfect for a family! It is well equipped, very clean and thoughtfully appointed. The hosts, Lulu and Steven, were very responsive in our communications and very pleasant to deal with. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

Great house!

We had a great time at the property despite the rain the entire Memorial Day weekend. Quick walk to beach, house was very nice and the breakfast left by the owners was a great touch. Would totally recommend this home!

Highly Recommend!

The house was spotless when we arrived. You have everything you need at your fingertips. The kitchen was well equipped and updated with painted cabinets. I loved using the coffee bar equipment. The kitchen, eating area and tv room was our go to area to congregate. The bedrooms and bathrooms have everything you need and have a serene minimalist feel. Our dog loved the huge fenced in yard. Although it was chilly during our stay, we enjoyed walking to the beach. The owners even left some bagels, oj, etc, which was much appreciated.

Wonderful stay

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this lovely house. They were extremely helpful and responsive in answering our various questions before and during our stay. The house was beautiful and spotless and just a short walk to a beach that was perfect for our puppy. We hope to come back again soon!

Thanksgiving get together

Very nice house closed to a beautiful beach. The house of very well equipped with all kind of kitchen ustensiles and robots. We also appreciated the complementary breakfast.

Wonderful experience

We had amazing time at Lulu and Steven’s place. Before we even arrived, they were so helpful with answering all of my questions and giving advice about various places we could go to during our stay. They were extremely responsive. The house was beautiful! Fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and more! The house was extremely comfortable and great for a larger group of people. I am looking forward to staying there again soon.

We had a lovely time at Lulu and Steven's home in Hampton Bays. The house was very comfortable and a good location. They provided great recommendations for fall activities for our family. We had a great weekend away and would love to come back!

Lovely stay in Hampton Bays

We had such a wonderful time at Lulu and Steve’s place. Whether we wanted to relax on the back deck, spend some time at the beach, or go to a lovely restaurant everything was so close. The house is spectacular. Very accommodating for 7 adults. The complimentary bagels were a wonderful touch! Would definitely stay here again.

A lovely gem in Hampton Bays

Steve and Lulu have created a warm, welcoming home that was a perfect end of the summer get away. The home itself is spacious for 5 people, well-equipped, and very clean. They thought of so much and even welcomed us with bagels and cupcakes. The backyard landscaping is cozy and private - our favorite was the fire pit! The house location is convenient to bay beaches and ocean beaches with one that was particularly dog friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay at this home!

Clean, beautiful house close to Beach

Lulu and Steve's home was absolutely clean, well furnished and beautiful. It was perfect for 8 of us for a long weekend. It is just 5 mins away from the beach. They provided us with Bikes, Kayaks, chairs and all essential beach items! Bagels, cream cheese, butter, milk and eggs were kept in the kitchen for our use. The outdoor deck is huge and lovely. Lulu was quick to reply to all my questions and queries! She was kind enough to drop ropes when we needed help to tie the kayak to the car. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxed beach stay!
