About this property

Garden level "Mt Joly", facing the Mt Blanc range, sleeps 1 to 4.

Our chalet is located at the end of the paved road
at 1300 m altitude, above the village of Cordon.
In winter we are in the middle of the Cordon ski area. You put your skis on the terrace. The ski school and the departure of the ski lifts are 5 minutes away on the blue slope. The tracks pass next to the building. For hikers, the snowshoe trail starts at the end of the car park. The road is snow plowed regularly but snow tires are necessary for safety.
In summer, we are at the door of the pastures, starting many hikes. The calm, the nature, the beauty of the panorama are the strong points of our situation.
Less than 30 minutes by car you will have access to many lakes for swimming, windsurfing, fishing or just enjoying the beach for sunbathing.
We are 20 minutes from Combloux, 30 minutes from Megève, 1 hour from Chamonix, Annecy, Geneva, Aosta in Italy ...
We offer two apartments with "Mountain" decor with a unique view of the entire Mont Blanc range:
"Mont-Joly" from 1 to 4 pers. (1ch: x160 + sofa bed 1x140 living room
"The Fiz" from 1 to 5 pers. (1ch: 1x160 + 1x80 + sofa bed1x140)
Both apartments communicate via an interior corridor and an outside balcony.
These apartments, classified three stars, can be rented at any time of the year mainly to the week from Saturday to Saturday.
Possibility to rent a minimum of 2 nights outside school holidays.
The option "end-of-stay cleaning" includes the supply of sheets. The beds are made upon arrival.
Your car has a closed garage.
Wifi is free.
At your disposal a terrace side 'South' where you can enjoy the sun loungers, barbecue and lunch in the sun (except snow period)
Each apartment is composed of a kitchen, a living room with dining area and TV, a separate toilet, a separate bathroom with Italian shower and towel dryer. The floors of all rooms are equipped with heating cables and electric convectors in addition. A kit 'Baby' is available for an extra charge with cot and high chair.
The living rooms have French windows that open onto a balcony and all have Mont Blanc views
