インテリア環境は、オリジナルのアートワーク、アーティファクト、アンティークの使用を巧みに組み合わせて、沿岸の生活の本質をとらえた遊び心のある方法です。 フレンチドアは、キッチンからビーチパスに隣接するサイドパティオに通じています。 プライバシー保護のため、海岸に打ち寄せる波を聞きながら屋外で食事を楽しめます。

ビンテージスタイルのw家具は、パーゴラで覆われたデッキの下にあり、午後遅くに良い本と飲み物でリラックスできる魅力的な場所です。 夕方遅くに星を注視するための座席が暖炉のそばにあります。 これはあなたがあなたの愛する人と共有するためにあなたが選んだことにわくわくするコテージです。

：予約は、50％のレンタルデポジットと署名済みの契約書を受け取るまで保護されません。 残高は予定の到着日の60日前までに保証金とハウスキーピング料金とともに支払われます。 休日および週末の特別イベントの週末には、最低3泊が週末料金で提供されます。

30日前までに予約された場合、全額をお支払いください。 夏のレンタルは、8日間/ 7泊のパッケージとしてのみ予約されます。 すべてのレンタルは金曜日の夜に始まり、次の金曜日の朝に終わります。

A clean, charming cottage full of local character. The host was incredibly welcoming, the amenities were thoughtful and complete, and the location—right along the path to the beach—couldn’t have been better. A fantastic stay all around. Highly recommended, will happily stay again.

Perfect Beachfront Getaway for Our Family!

We just returned from an incredible stay at this cottage, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The location is unbeatable—literally steps from the beach(30 second walk from backyard) which made it so easy for our family of four to enjoy long, relaxing days by the ocean.The cottage itself was spotless and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. From comfortable beds to a well-stocked kitchen, it was clear the hosts put thought into making guests feel at home. The space was just the right size for us, and we especially appreciated the little touches that made the stay extra comfortable.We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and beachfront home base for a family vacation.

Peace and quiet on the beach

This is our second time staying at Shorewinds cottage, which probably says enough. The cottage is amazing. It is *extremely* close to the beach. It is also well stocked and kid friendly (our 4 year old daughter loved the place). The food in the area is really good, with a couple of great restaurants and cafes - Union Pier Social, Tapa Tacos, Red Arrow Roadhouse, Whistle Stop Grocery. There are more restaurants and cafes in New Buffalo, which is very close. David's Delicatessen and Coffee is a must. Both times we have visited we came in March, and while it can be a bit chilly, we really enjoy the peace and quiet in the off season. other must-do things: Warren Beach Dunes and Galien River County Park

Amazing Stay!

Booked the shorewinds cottage as a last minute weekend trip for my mom and I and it was perfect! The inside was cuter and bigger than pictured. Everything was clean and comfortable. I loved the outdoor seating areas and the proximity to the beach - amazing to not have to cross the street to get to the beach. Perfect location within walking distance of the Whistle Stop, The Roadhouse and Milda's. Would definitely book again!

2nd summer at our happy place!

We came back for our 2nd summer and we already booked again for our 3rd summer! Clean and spacious and very comfortable, appreciated the new beds and TVs and other improvements. The grounds are even more beautiful than the photos, bird lovers remember to bring seed for the feeders! Easy checkin, good communication with property manager. And the location cannot be beat!

Long weekend away

We had a great stay at Shorewinds. The cottage was perfect for us. It was had everything we needed, it was clean, bed was comfy and it was a short walk to the beach. Great communication with owner! We’d stay here again.

Exactly what I needed!!

Our new happy place!

We had been staying for years at another property that stopped taking rentals and we were looking for our new happy place. We definitely found it! The property was exactly as the description stated and even better than the photos showed. No beach view but yes literally steps from the property to the path that leads to the beach. But still felt private and serene. The house was very clean and well furnished. We loved the natural light and the open layout inside, as well as the multiple exits to the cozy spaces outside. Joan the property manager was responsive and gave us clear communication re checkin/checkout. I brought birdseed as she suggested and spent hours on the front porch watching and listening to the birds. Highly recommend this place!

Michigan Oasis by the beach

The location is amazing -just in from the beach. The garden is an oasis with everything from cute outdoor shower to fire pit to quiet places to read and watch hummingbirds. The house is immaculate, well equipped and tastefully decorated. This is our second time at the property and are planning on returning next year. Joan is a great host as well.

While developing new home sites in Union Pier under the management of Coastal Concepts Inc.,I fell in love with this little site along the waterfront.
The first time I viewed the property I was so excited when I opened the garden gate and realized I could see the water from the property.
The house is on the shore side of the road and the lot is adjacent to the beach path. The location was unbelieveable, however, the little house had much to be desired. The home went through a major renovation and doubled its size overall.
The porch and pergola are architectural charmers and are very important to the outdoor living! A very private property site was achieved through landscape design. The old garden gate was utilizing and kept for a little bit of the old mixed with the new.
The beach house indeed has its own karma and soul! One feels it from the moment you pull up the pebble stone drive way and walk under the purple flowered pergola and turn the key in the door. The house and grounds exhibit love and care and Shorewinds has its own heart beat and soul.
