Welcome to the Big Bear Bird's Eye View! A cozy cabin on the hill with spectacular views and a spacious backyard. This 'home away from home' is perfectly located only a 'hop-skip' from The Village and a few miles from the Snow Summit and Bear Mountain Resorts. Enjoy a romantic get away with your significant other, or have a blast with your family and friends in this cozy, spacious cabin. There is only one option as a tenant at BBBEV: Enjoy Yourself!!

The most differentiating factor of this property is its proximity to the Big Bear Village, the hiking trails in the beautiful mountain wilderness, and the lake marina. You are only steps away from all three, and, it's the perfect location for a weekend full of festivals, live music, bike rides, ski/snowboard trips, mountain biking, hiking, boating, fishing, shopping, and dining.

Guests have access to the large back deck that invites you to enjoy the incredible views of Big Bear Lake and the surrounding woodlands in the most spectacular fashion. Also, there is a very spacious backyard for the kids enjoyment or dining with friends and family while enjoying the fresh air of the mountains.

I'm always a text away, and as a professional, full-time real estate broker, my phone is always on me. I will be available via text, everyday of the week from 8am - 11pm.

This extra unit includes a jacuzzi on the top deck which provides spectacular views of the lake while enjoying the relaxing comfort of a hot tub (try it when it's snowing!!!) .

Birds Eye Beautiful!!

Absolutely amazing experience at this place. Everything it says was. Clean fresh jacuzzi was perfect and kids were able to play in the snow all day. Was able to bbq ribs and make a tasty tri tip in the awesome bbqs. I say this not to say anything bad but one of the coffee makers gave us troubles and had a new coffee maker within minutes. Matt was super rad and responsive as well as his staff. Definitely would rent again thank you again.
