Saundra's home was beautiful and in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It was only about 5-10 minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations and an easy 20-25 minute drive to the Mayo Clinic in North Phoenix. It's also about 20 minutes from the Musical Instrument Museum, which is a must-see!The house was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, utensils, dishes, a toaster and microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and we were happy to have use of the garage even though it wasn't terribly hot yet in April. Our two small dogs loved the multiple giant dog beds around the house. The yard is huge with a lot of native vegetation, but since our dogs aren't used to cacti and other spiky desert plants, we didn't let them roam free. However, we found a nice park about 10 minutes away where we walked them every day.Saundra was very responsive to our questions and needs from the very start and throughout our stay - the perfect host! We would definitely recommend Saundra's lovely home!
