La propiedad cuenta con 6 amplias habitaciones, todas con baños adjuntos, dos baños adicionales para invitados (un baño equipado para discapacitados) en el primer y segundo piso, una sala de billar con mesa de billar, dos salas familiares, comedor formal, tres chimeneas, desayuno informal Rincón con vista al océano y al área de lectura, junto con una cocina gourmet que te dejará sin aliento. The house is beautiful and was perfect for our large family vacation. The only thing I wish I knew was that there is a sand berm to protect the property from rising ocean levels. However, this was minor in my view because the view from the second story balcony and third story balcony are still unbeatable. Would definitely rent this house again.

From time to time, particularly during periods of high tides or storm activity, the city constructs a temporary sand berm approximately three to five feet high along the beach. This is a protective measure designed to help safeguard beachfront homes from erosion and storm surge. While this is not a daily or year-round occurrence, it is something that occasionally happens, and most owners and visitors of beachfront properties are familiar with this seasonal practice. The property was excellent, but the location was mixed. We had to drive to another beach to use the boogie boards. We did enjoy the paddle boards and kayak in the bay and the grandkids played pickleball and used the big inflatables at a nearby park. Not the property owners problem, but the beach is very dirty, a lot of trash. The manager did not respond to my emails. I had to get VRBO to intervene.

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the communication. After reviewing our records, we were unable to locate any emails, text messages, or telephone calls from your party during your stay. We also sent a welcome text after your arrival with local recommendations. In addition, our administrative assistant, Michelle, and our property manager, Jason, each attempted to reach you by text, but we did not receive a response. For added convenience, my direct phone number as the property owner is posted inside the home on both the first and second floors should guests ever need immediate assistance. It appears there may have been an unexpected communication issue, and we’re sorry if that prevented us from connecting. Regarding the beach, we’re sorry it did not meet your expectations. Your stay began immediately after the Fourth of July holiday, when there can occasionally be some leftover debris before the city’s cleanup crews complete their work. Fortunately, the city takes great pride in maintaining the beach, and we typically receive very positive comments about its condition. Thank you again for your feedback. We appreciate you choosing our home and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you and your family back in the future.

Host were wonderful! View was great. Can't help that the house next door is under construction or the that the beach has a block up so you can't walk straight out at the moment or see it from the front but would have been good to know.

Everything was perfect. My family and I were able to make many memories while staying at this house over a long weekend so we could attend my Mom's memorial service. It's very convenient to stores and restaurants but the view of the ocean was the best. Joseph and his son were very kind and made everything easy for us. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

While there were certainly some positives for this property, they were overshadowed by the negatives.Positives:1. very clean 2. pretty ocean view from second and third floors3. pleasant host at check in4. pretty home (although needs some TLC)5. large garage made parking easy6. short 25 min walk to great coffee shops, restaurants, and shoppingNegatives:1. No response from host when we contacted him about some of the following issues:2. bathroom door did not shut in one bathroom3. not enough towels, washcloths, etc4. beach towels advertised but only one found5. told construction on house next door stops over weekend; it did not6. water did not get hot on second floor7. light bulbs missing in lamps8. one shower broken9. toilet issues10. broken locks on balconies11. could not get tv on main floor to work12. broken bed frame first floor bedroom13. not a usable beach (do your research)Could go on with other minor issues which by themselves, not a big deal, but collectively are very disappointing given the price paid for the place, and that all that is needed is a little attention and fixing up.One last oddity is that the place is covered in photos of the family. Although you know you're staying in someone else's home, seeing their pictures everywhere felt odd. We contacted the host but have not heard back. I do not like leaving negative reviews, but had we known about the above, we would've booked elsewhere.

Thank you for your feedback and for recognizing the home’s cleanliness, views, location, and spacious garage. We are sorry that certain concerns impacted your stay. When these items were brought to our attention, we responded immediately and dispatched our plumber, handyman, and maintenance team to the property that same morning. Unfortunately, our vendors were unable to gain access when they arrived, but all reported items were subsequently reviewed. For future guests, we would like to clarify that the main-floor TV was fully operational and had been set to an incorrect input mode. The second-floor water heater was also functioning properly but had been placed in vacation mode; once identified, the setting was remotely adjusted and hot water service was restored. The home is stocked with bath towels in each bathroom, along with additional bath and beach towels for guest use. Regarding the neighboring construction, weekend work is uncommon and the project is nearing completion with most work taking place indoors. The beach conditions mentioned were related to a temporary city-installed sand berm used to protect beachfront homes following storms and periods of elevated tides. Finally, while décor is a matter of personal preference, many guests appreciate the family photographs throughout the home, as they create the warm atmosphere of a family beach house rather than a hotel setting. This home had everything we had hoped for, an incredible view of the ocean, beach front for easy access to the water, safe and quiet neighborhood, well decorated interior throughout the home and so much more. We had hired a photographer to do pictures for my son’s 40 th birthday and military retirement, she had us pose on the beautiful staircase in the home and the pictures came out perfect. We hope to rebook again soon!

We are a married couple with 4 kids and we recently built this home in 2017 and not able to find enough time to enjoy it thoroughly as our children are getting older and we are extremely busy with the two younger ones in sports/ school. As you can see, we have furnished the property for our personal use, and we are looking for individuals who will take better than average care of the property.

The home is Smart-Home that has advanced technology and security throughout. The property is located on "boardwalk" nestled between the ocean and the bay. We have water toys, kayak for three, two paddle boards and a few boogie boards. There are three adult life jackets and two youth life jackets.
