Located at the back of the property overlooking the lower home's (apt B) backyard. This Bedroom is furthest from the living room/kitchen area and comes equipped with a fireplace and ensuite bath. The ensuite has a standup shower with a decorative teal tile stripe and a rock tile floor pan.

This property is centrally located on 51st Street North of Newport Pier. You can walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula from this home. The best thing about this location is that you are a 5-15 minute walk to over 20+ restaurants, shopping, the balboa fun zone, boat rentals, all while staying at the beach.
For those of you with kids, West Newport Park is just a few blocks away with basketball, tennis, and racketball courts along with a full playground making this home an ideal location for families.

- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest will be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent
- City of Newport Beach Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am.
- No Patio Access after 10 pm
- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
- Noise from surrounding homes, adjacent units, and beachgoers should be expected.
- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
PETS
This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please note, not all breeds will be permitted on property and will be subject to the discretion of the property manager. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. Should your pet become a nuisance due to excess barking and/or cause a threat/harm to other residents or guests, we will ask that you remove the pet from the property immediately or cancel your reservation without a refund of any kind. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may be applied to cover the costs of repairs or damages caused by any pet.
