Large living room dining room of 53m2, 4 bedrooms, one of which is 20m2 with 4 beds and a fifth room of 10m2 with sofa bed serving as bedroom or TV lounge.
2 bathrooms with walk-in shower and a third with bathtub. A large garage and an adjoining utility room with freezer, washing machine and dryer.
Close to shops (2 supermarkets 5mn by car, town of Noirmoutier 6km), horse riding, fishing, sailing, (the tip of the Loire where the house is located is a spot for kitistes and snowboarders, hikes, bike paths, kayaks , jet ski, tennis, restaurants, nightclub.
