You can tell that the owner wants you have the best experience at his lake house and we did! It advertises that you only need to bring food and your clothes and it was true. Morning coffee on the deck, plenty of room in the living area, comfy beds, fire pit, canoe/ kayak, lovely views made for a relaxing , fun stay. Thank you Bob for sharing your place with us!

We had a wonderful week at this Lake House. We appreciated the in-person meeting to give us a tour and information. Everyone was comfortable because it was so spacious and accommodated all of us. Thank you for the supply of paper products and coffee; it was a great touch.The views were great!We played cards one night, Corn Hole another day, several board games, went swimming at Sodus Point, paddle boarding, boating (Bluffs and Bay) with tubing, had 3 or 4 campfires, watched movies at night, and went to dinner at Captain Jack’s and Dock’s. Gifford’s ice cream was great and so was the playground in Willow Park!Thank you!

Excellent host and property! When Bob said just bring your food and clothes, he was not kidding. Everything was here from linens, beach towels, all paper products and plastic ware to more formal options in dishes, even laundry detergent and shampoo and soap! This was a great cost savings. We had 11 adult people on our max night, down to 5 on our slowest last night and never felt cramped or on top of one another. The overflow fridge was a good sentiment as we cooked breakfast and dinner each day. The deck was where we gathered and spent most of our time together as a family and made most of our memories and had ample room for all to be spread out and enjoy the laughter. S’mores down by the water at the fire pit was relaxing and plenty of sticks around to make your cooker for the marshmallow's. We rented a boat for a few days and that was easy pick up and drop off at Tides Marina and the dock on the property was plenty large enough for a big pontoon boat. We had four ducks that stayed with us down by the water each day and they became part of our family, even allowing us to pet them! Absolutely loved it here, it was the perfect carefree get away for a large family! Thank you Bob for making it easy!

Fantastic Lake Vacation

We had a fantastic time at Bob's lakehouse. It was generously stocked and absolutely perfect for our whole multi-generational family. We are very grateful! Bob is an excellent host. The whole family is already asking about planning a future trip here because everyone loved it so much.

Great family vacation

The house and property were perfect for our family vacation. Loved the spaciousness of the house, the large deck with a wonderful view, and all the amenities that were provided. We all enjoyed boating, fishing off the dock, and the kids had a great time playing in the water.

Family Reunion 2025

When you plan a family reunion, your first stop should be looking and booking this property. It met all our needs. Bob is a terrific host and the views speak for themselves. If you want to cruise in a kayak or canoe or just float on Sodus point, relaxation is the name of the game. From scenic views to top end accommodations, this place is a must. Great Stay!

This place was wonderful for our week’s stay. The house was clean and very well stocked with basic necessities. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make large dinners. The views from the decks were stunning! Bob met us upon arrival to give us a tour and explain a few things, which was incredibly helpful. After that, because the place was so well setup, we didn’t need to contact him for anything. We will definitely stay here again.

Great stay

The property was lovely and enjoyed by the entire family! Everything we needed was provided-from a well-stocked kitchen, to toys and games, to various sized life jackets, water toys, and kayaks/canoe. The in-law apartment was perfect for our daughter's family-providing a quiet space where baby could nap. Bob met us upon arrival and gave us a tour and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend this property and would be happy to return.

Peaceful getaway

Large house with an abundance of amenities. Enough space for a family of 10 to eat all together and have alone time when needed. Water sports equipment was great to have. Would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The house was perfect for our group.

Rob meet us and gave us a tour. Greeting us with a smile. Plenty of room. Well stocked kitchen. Paddle boat was a lot of fun. We have stayed in the area before but this house was by far the best. We look forward to coming again Thank you Rob for opening g up your beautiful home.

Beautiful, Clean and comfortable getaway

This is one of the best homes I’ve rented. Everything is carefully labeled and it made it so easy to find what you need quickly. There was coffee and spices and even an extra fridge upstairs! The beach and dock area are beautiful and there is even a fire pit and a couple of kayaks you can use. The home was spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable. The WiFi worked great as well. We can’t wait to come back!
