This beautiful villa with panoramic sea and mountain views is just 5 minutes from the beaches and shops and 25 minutes from Ajaccio International Airport.
It has a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, American fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, living room and dining room, cable TV and WiFi Internet.
The covered terrace overlooks a beautiful, well-kept garden with an equipped swimming pool, an outdoor shower, many trees, shrubs and flowers. The garden has several lounges where you can admire the magical landscape.
On the first floor you will find a beautiful master bedroom (25m²) with air conditioning, terrace with sea views, a spacious bathroom (bath and shower). There is a second bathroom and the other rooms are equipped with air conditioning and all have sea views.

Stunning and well located villa

We had a wonderful holiday at Thierry's villa. The photos are very accurate, it is spacious and well equipped, private and set in amazing scenery. Lovely pool. Plenty of good beaches nearby with a wide range of activities available. Perfect location for day trips out eg Cargese, Piana and to other parts of the island. Lovely restaurants at Plage de Santana. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Ein schönes, geräumiges Haus in Alleinlage mit relativ neuem Pool. Herrliche Aussicht über die Bucht von Liscia. Ca 10 Minuten zum Strand und kleinem Lebensmittelladen. Wir waren eine Woche hier mit 2 Erwachsenen, 4 Jugendlichen und 2 Kindern und haben nichts vermisst!

Magnifique villa totalement équipée

Difficile de résumer la qualité de cette maison avec une vue exceptionnelle mais qui est aussi conviviale , pratique , qui permet de manger à l’ombre avec une petite brise même en pleine chaleur et qui est très confortable . Seul un peu de bruit de la route peut perturber les grincheux mais quand on dira la que nous n’avons eu ni moustique , ni abeille , allez y vite

The view is magnifique!

We had a lovely stay in Calcatoggio. The villa is well appointed and very well maintained. The kitchen is great for cooking. Rooms are large with plenty of seating indoors and out. Bedrooms are also good size. There was a lovely ocean breeze everyday and the house stays cool during the day into the evening. The location is just far away to feel secluded but still only a few minutes drive to beaches and markets. Our host was very responsive. You will need to communicate with the host as the housekeeper that greets you only speaks French.

Haus mit außergewöhnlicher Aussicht

Wir haben 11 wunderbare Tage in diesem großartigen Haus verbracht. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch und wir konnten jeden Abend einen atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Das Erdgeschoss besteht aus einem einzigen Raum, was die Atmosphäre sehr gemütlich macht. Offene Küche, sehr gut ausgestattet Unten am Haus gibt es eine Straße, die manchmal störend sein kann. Das haben wir schnell überwunden. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Gastgeber und der Person, die das Haus vor Ort betreut, war mehr als perfekt. Die langen, herrlichen Sandstrände, auf die man blickt, sind schnell mit dem Auto erreicht, auch das Parken war nie ein Problem. Wir würden diese Immobilie mit ihrer außergewöhnlichen Aussicht auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette vaste villa à la vue époustouflante !! Nous avons admiré les couchers de soleil différents tous les soirs. Nous avions le sentiment d'être seuls au monde car la maison n'a ni voisinage, ni vis à vis. La piscine est formidable.. Pozs: - Good standard. - Fantastic view - nice location Negs: - Missing air conditioning in one of the 4 bedrooms. - No direct entry to the bedrooms located on the first floor from the basement floor; you have to go upstairs, leave the house on the first floor and renter it again in order to access the bedrooms. - only 2 solar beds and 4 madrases provided for 8 people this was a minor thing during our stay as the weather was hot and dry
