4-BEDROOM VILLA IN CARGESE Stunning, recently built contemporary home with a pool, located near the beach in a beautifully wooded haven of peace. Large windows allow you to enjoy the pool and, above all, a splendid view of the sea. The interior layout of this two-story home is ideal. All spaces and amenities have been optimised to offer an ideal, tailor-made living environment. The ground floor consists of two large suites, each with an en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet, as well as a spacious living room/kitchen that opens onto the terrace overlooking the pool.
Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of two spacious bedrooms opening onto the terrace overlooking the pool, as well as a beautiful bathroom. The property sits on approximately 2,000 m² of fully fenced land.

Bel emplacement et belle vue. À 10 min à pieds des plage et nécessite un véhicule pour aller au village. Maison agréable et bien agencé. La piscine est un plus bien appréciable.

Calme et beauté

Très belle maison bien agencée et équipée, pour un séjour dans un coin de Corse que nous avons découvert et ou nous retournerons. Belles grandes ou petites plages, sentiers de randonnées extraordinaires accessibles pour tous. Accueil chaleureux, propriétaires au petits soins.

Maison fonctionnelle et agréable à vivre. Emplacement idéal, à proximité de la plage et de sites à visiter comme les calanques de Piana. Propriétaire à l’écoute et réactif. Très bon séjour.

Très bien, Juste des bricoles à régler pour que cela soit parfait

Splendide villa à 300m de la plage avec piscine. Les + : - les deux suites parentales avec accès à la piscines - les deux chambres enfants à l’étage avec la salle de bain. - le très grand espace cuisine salon. - la proximité de la plage - la localisation - le grand terrain Les points à améliorer : - l’entretien des extérieurs - la Douche extérieure à réparer. - la terrasse en bois a refaire. (pas top les échardes et les vis qui dépassent) Si nous en avons l’occasion, nous reviendrons
