Villa full foot of 90 m2 for 4 people.

The house is located in the district of Riells more or less 700 m from the beach and shops.

The villa is in good condition and offers all the necessary comfort for up to 4 people. (Wi-fi included in the price)

The price of the rent is determined according to the time of the year and for a maximum number of people.

50% will be paid upon booking of the accommodation and 50% will be paid a maximum one month before the stay.

The caution: 300 €, will be given at the reception of the keys of the house. (Credit card)

The cleaning of the day of exit is not included in the price of the hiring, it is optional: 75 €. (cash)

emplacement au top, proche de tout et quartier très calme. l'extérieur et la piscine au top et la maison qui paraissait petite sur les photos est en fait bien suffisante. le seul bémol : pas de clim. ça aurait été apprécié.

Alles in allem gut :)

Das Haus ist prinzipiell toll für einen Aufenthalt. Man ist für sich alleine, hat einen tollen Pool (super, dass dieser ca. alle 4 Tage gereinigt wird) und das Anwesen ist schön. Verbesserungsvorschläge: wir haben 70€ für das Putzen bezahlt, das Haus war leider überhaupt nicht sauber. Wir haben selbst geputzt und desinfiziert bei unserer Ankunft. Die Möbel sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sollten vor allem in Bezug auf den Preis des Hauses ausgetauscht werden.. auch die Betten sind sehr unbequem.

Emplacement idéal, quartier calme et proches de tout.

L'annonce fait état d'une maison de 90 m2 or en réalité il s'agit d'une maison de 45m2 habitable, en Espagne sont annoncés les surfaces construites donc terrasse, garage pour lequel nous n'avions pas accès, piscine...c'est un peu nous induire en erreur. Il manque la climatisation pour plus de confort et les équipements ménagers surtout frigo ne sont pas adaptés en cas de grosse chaleur ( difficile d'avoir des boissons bien fraîches). Le matelas d'une chambre est creusé en son milieu donc peu confortable.

Das Haus war genau so toll wie auf den Bildern. Der Pool ist super gepflegt und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Das einzige Manko war das Bett im gelben Zimmer.

La casa pequeñita pero para 4 más q suficiente,la limpieza podría mejorar . Lo único q no entendimos es q la TV fuera solo francesa no cuesta nada poner un TDT o una antena q se pueda oír en español,estamos en España.

Location répondant à tous nos critères. Simple, propre, proche de toutes les commodités. Quartier calme. Le plus, la piscine. Petite maison très bien située. Proche du centre à pied. Quartier calme. Tout le nécessaire pour un bon séjour est réuni. Piscine sans vis à vis et terrain de pétanque très sympathique. Idéal pour 4 personnes.
