Enjoy your desert stay at Woodhaven Country Club in a beautifully furnished 3 bedroom (1 bedroom is a converted den), 3 baths, 1800 sq. ft. condo. Pride of ownership.

Easy cancellation policy, strict safety and cleaning practices, WiFi, and contactless check in.

High ceilings throughout the unit give the unit a spacious feel.

Master Bedroom - The gigantic upstairs master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, brand new vanity, and California King size bed. A computer desk with printer are supplied in the enclave off of the master bedroom.

2nd bedroom - Large and lovely guest bedroom w/ en-suite bathroom, brand new vanity, queen size bed, and walk-in closet. First-time visitors mistake this room for the master.

3rd bedroom - The converted den has a double-size bed and lovely armoire. The 3rd bathroom is across the hall from the den and has a tub/shower with a brand new vanity.

Enjoy 3 smart TVs with basic Spectrum included. HDMI access is set up so that you can plug into your computer or iPad and connect remotely to your own TV. Use the free part of Netflix and Amazon Prime on our account. Login to your account on Netflix and Amazon Prime etc. for pay services.

Smart TVs are located in the living room, master bedroom, and guest bedroom.

Awesome Sonos sound system is installed in the living room providing the best sound ever.

Spectrum WI-FI is included. Print to the upstairs printer from any room.

Ceiling fans are installed in each bedroom, den, and in the living room. The living room also has a large gas burning fireplace.

The patio overlooks the #7 fairway with a water feature and has a view of the Chocolate Mountains. A barbecue grill is installed and ready to go. New stylish patio furniture is provided including a fire table.

The kitchen has been remodeled, comes with modern appliances, and is furnished with all that you would expect including utensils, dishes, pots & pans, toaster, coffee maker, blender, spice rack etc.

Woodhaven CC is a gated community with a manned gate from 6:30am-8:00pm. Entry from 8:00pm-6:30am is through a key in code. There are 4 sparkling pools and Jacuzzis, beautiful tennis courts, a clubhouse with a gym and a restaurant. The 18 hole golf course is open to the public. Renters receive a discounted rate. Inform the pro shop that you are renting when you book your tee time.

The golf course is a well-maintained and a joy to play (approximately 5700 yards from the back tees; excellent greens and well-designed holes). You will find a stylish electric golf cart in the garage for your enjoyment. So hop in the golf cart and tootle over to the clubhouse - it is so much fun. SORRY but the golf course is off limits unless you have paid the green fee.

We take the health and safety of our guests seriously. The unit is professionally deep cleaned and sanitized immediately before your stay.

TENNIS: Woodhaven has well maintained tennis courts. Coming in March? Take in the PNB Paribus professional tennis tournament at the Indian Wells Tennis Center which is approximately 2 miles away.

PROXIMATE: walking distance to 3 grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants (Marios, Mexican restaurants (2), 4 fast food restaurants).

GOLF COURSES: The Coachella Valley has 100 private and public golf courses.

NOTE: Desert golf courses close during the month of October for over-seeding.

COMPARE the price - this unit's rent is less than other smaller Woodhaven units. Low off-season rates too.

DIRECTIONS: Exit from the 10 freeway at Washington street, Palm Desert. The Woodhaven CC entrance is about 2 miles south (towards La Quinta) about 1/4 mile before Hovely.

NOTE: All Travelers must docusign a lease. A copy of the lease is available on VRBO and attached to your VRBO confirmation. Per the rental agreement please send a photo of your driver's license when you book the property. Our guests receive a code for a keyless entry shortly before the first rental day. We must have a copy of your driver's license before providing the front door code.

Great stay at a fun, warm, and welcoming Country Club. This 3 bedroom unit has an amazing view. It was a pleasure to wake up, look outside and prepare for golf. Note a golfcart was included and was the icing on the cake. Unit was close to one of the heated pools and hot tubs…also used daily. Home had all of the essentials and then some…I highly recommend. Host had great instructions, was easy to contact and very responsive. Extra credit…the golf cart had a mechanical issue, I contacted host, golf cart was picked up that night, AND returned next afternoon fixed. Above and beyond….thank you!

We enjoyed our stay very much. I do think the unit needs a bit of TLC - kitchen was well stocked, but the cookie sheets were nasty. The garbage bins in all bedrooms were very dirty, as were the glasses in the bathrooms. All in all it was very comfortable, and the location was great - close to Ralphs, and most other services one might need.

A perfect condo in a perfect setting

This condo is perfect, and the owner is a terrific guy who makes the entire experience seamless. The condo is very spacious.. and there is a ton of privacy the way the bedrooms are spaced out. Great for a family, or guests. The back patio is also a perfect space with a gorgeous view of the golf course and mountains. As the title mentions.. A perfect stay.

The unit was very clean, the kitchen well stocked with all utensils needed and the master bedroom bed was comfortable.The community of Woodhaven was quiet, friendly and relaxing.The only down side to our stay was the living room couches. These desperately need replacing. Vito was a good host who was fairly easy to contact.

Wonderful safe welcoming community. Friendly neighbours. Very well keep grounds, great golf course, tidy and clean pools. The unit was better than the pictures in our opinion. The closets and cupboards contained everything anyone would need. There was nothing that we needed that wasn’t found in the unit. By far the best place we have rented through vrbo. Our hats off to our host he was amazing. Currently contemplating our return!

Amazing house!

When we first came into the house, everything was there to get us started. There was everything from new toothbrushes and toothpaste, to popcorn, hot chocolate, coffee, and watter bottles. There was also many chargers for all types of devices, there were razors for shaving and nail clippers and many more. The house is exactly like it looks in the photos, maybe even better. The furniture is all very clean and great quality, and the view from the patio was something else! This house was exactly like a 5 star hotel! Me and my family very much enjoyed staying here, and if we are ever back in Palm Desert, we will be sure to stay here!

Everything from the initial reservation to check out was first class. We don't think the on-line description does the property justice. Our experience far exceeded expectations. The absolute attention to every single detail was superb. Everything we could ever need for our month-long stay was available. Including most tools and supplies to tweak any need and allow me time to putter around! And including a golf cart???!!! Wow. Having golfed the course many times the last 20 years, we weren't sure if also staying there was right for us, but we are already working hard on planning our return. Owner Vito was so accommodating. Thank you for making our month a grand time!

Nice Vacation

We had a nice Vacation! Vito was a great Host, helpful, warm welcome with flower and found some needful things for the first Day´s. The House was clean and equipped with newer technology (google assistant, TV sound system, electrical Door lock at Main entrance door). The "Notebook" was verry helpful and we never had this bevor. Desert Delight

We booked Vito’s place for a month as we’ve stayed in Woodhaven previously. The property was in great shape with every amenity you need. The complex is well managed and the pools are well maintained. It’s central to the valley if you’re looking for a variety of hiking trails or golf courses.

Finding this spot was like getting a hole in one

Excellent location, lovely and clean, and incredibly spacious! Kitchen has almost every tool/utensil you could dream up, bar-b-que was fabulous, and the place is as comfortable as you could ever wish. Linens and towels were well stocked, and the master bedroom - with office space - lovely! We truly appreciated being able to use the golf cart for the relatively short trip to the course every day, and two of the pools were close and inviting. The grocery store, a couple of pharmacies, and some restaurants are within walking distance. Vito provided very detailed information about just about any question you could have! But if you did have a question or concern, he was incredibly quick with a helpful response. We sincerely appreciated everything Vito did to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable and truly look forward to being able to book this unit again.

Great condo, great location !

Not sure where to start as literally everything about this condo was perfect. The owner, Vito, was super helpful, proactive and we had great communication. The condo is very spacious and well equipped. The outdoor patio, grill and view was amazing. From the patio you are staring at the golf course and the mountains — gorgeous and relaxing. Thank you Vito, and we look forward to renting again soon.

Great Stay and Host

My family and I along with two small children stayed for three months during the summer. The property was perfectly located near shopping/food and other essentials, along with close to the freeway for easy access getting around. The home was greatly equipped, nice open plan and large master with office upstairs (great for WFH during Covid). The home had essentially everything you'd need for a great stay. Any minor issues were dealt with promptly by the owner and appropriate follow up after to ensure everything was resolved. Definitely would recommend the unit and property to family/friends.

Perfect home!

The home was beautiful and had everything and more available! Check in and check out was extremely smooth. I was working in the area and I felt like I was coming home when I stayed at the property. Would 100% recommend for pleasure or business!

We are desert lovers. We had our honeymoon in Palm Springs many years ago. We live in Long Beach and we would come to the desert at least once a year. Finally we bought this property and it has been great.

Why they chose this property

When we decided to buy a property we were initially disappointed in the quality of the properties available at our price point. On Saturday afternoon we told our Realtor that we weren't interested in looking anymore this weekend as we had a tee time on Sunday; but he convinced us to go out Sunday morning. We looked at two places...forget about it! Then he convinced us to look at Woodhaven and it was love at first sight.

What makes this property unique

The property feels like a home. With 1808 square feet and high ceilings it is very roomy. All of the bedrooms are very private. And don't make the same mistake as us and say a golf cart is no big deal. It's one of the best toys ever.
