Welcome to your tropical home away from home! This cozy, fully furnished end-unit townhouse is just steps from the beach, tucked in a quaint neighborhood with friendly local neighbors.

Upstairs, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master bedroom features a queen bed and Roku smart TV, while the second bedroom also has a queen bed, Roku smart TV, and its own private balcony. A half bath is located downstairs for added convenience.

The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, and the screened-in patio opens to a private, fenced backyard with a grill—perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors.

For beach days, we’ve got you covered: enjoy two beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, and plenty of beach towels. You’ll also have access to free WiFi, plus a stacked washer/dryer.

Convenient stay near the launch complex

Condo was very quiet, neighbors friendly. It is close enough to the space center that you only have to walk outside to view a launch. The main beaches are only a 10 minute drive south. The property was a little older but clean and stocked with all that you need. Plenty of parking.

We had a good time at your property. Great location. 2nd bedroom very small. Trundle bed did not work very well for us. Other than that a great accommodation.

Cozy Island Townhouse with Responsive Owner

My wife and I and our dog had a three-week stay to beat the winter cold. Great location - quiet neighborhood (great neighbors), a short walk to the beach AND easy access to A1A and FL528 for off-island activities. The doggie dishes made us feel especially welcome. The screened patio, grill, and third parking space were a bonus for entertaining our visiting friends. Best of all, the owner Larry was available and responsive to our needs.

Okay and disappointing

When we arrived the first thing I noticed was how clean the property was. The disappointing: no hot tub or beach chairs as advertised and some kitchen items lacking, such as baking pans. If someone only stays a few days it probably wouldn't matter as much as spending two months. It was a quiet neighborhood and neighbors were friendly.

Pleasant stay

I stayed at this property for 10 days end of May to early June 2025, check in was easy, the townhome was nice, pictures advertised were accurate although the amenities listed a hot tub which didn't exist. The property was clean but the bbq grill was very dirty, whoever used it never cleaned the grates or the exterior of the grill, I didn't even want to use it, the guests have a 150 cleaning fee added to their payment when booking so you should expect everything to be clean (Try to find a property that doesn't include cleaning fees, they are out there). Overall it's a nice place, walking distance about 15 minute walk to the public beach. Also I messaged the owner about the patio screen that was ripped when I arrived but he never responded back also your supposed to have 3 parking spots but alot of times someone else was taking those spots up. Neighbors were also friendly.

We’ve stayed at VRBOs all over the U.S. and visit Florida every spring, so we’re very familiar with the area—but this was our first time at this particular property in Cape Canaveral. Larry, the owner, was incredibly communicative—truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. The location was perfect for us. The neighborhood is very quiet, and we even became friendly with the next‑door neighbor, who shared great recommendations for local, non‑touristy places to eat. We also enjoyed visits from his cat! We knew there were peacocks in this area, and watching them around the neighborhood was one of our favorite parts of the stay. The property is close to the beach. While it might be a bit of a walk if you have small children and lots of beach gear, the drive is less than five minutes, and we never had any issues finding parking. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable, which made our stay even better.We will definitely be returning to this property!

The place was clean and comfortable and our host Larry was very responsive to all our inquiries. We loved the peacocks in the neighborhood and the fact that the beach was only a short walk away. Our only complaint is the TVs in the living room and master bedroom did not have cable and we’re not smart TVs so the only programming that was available was air based.

Great place

This is a great place if you want to get a taste of what it is like to live near the beach. You can walk to the beach in a matter of minutes. You can watch a launch from KSC right out the front door. The place is nice and quiet for the most part, and everyone around are nice and friendly people. Our biggest surprise was seeing Peacocks everyday.

great stay - 10 min walk from beach

We enjoyed our stay at canaveral beach. We've typically stayed at Cocoa Beach, but Canaveral Beach was just as good and less crowded. It's about a 10 min walk to the beach or close to free public parking if you don't want to walk. It's also a life-guarded beach. Condo was great for our family of 4 (and dogs) and owner communications were very good. Good neighborhood and very nice neighbors. Comfortable accommodations and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.
