The main/master bedroom has a king sized bed, while the remaining rooms are furnished with a queen sized beds , comfortable for 6 sleeping people. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with all new stainless steal appliances. Situated near the beach, guests can enjoy an afternoon of enter beach activities and later watch the sunset from the backyard off the master room.

Place was comfortable, convenient to everything. Disappointed that there was no grill since we do alot of grilling. could of been more towels and linens but we really enjoyed our stay.

Very Nice Stay

We enjoyed the townhouse . It is a very easy walk to the beach.The back yard patio is easy to get to either from the side gate or through the master bedroom patio door. There is a shower outside to rinse your beach equipment and toys.We liked being able to prepare some of our own meals.Roger and his family are great hosts and very quick to respond to questions.

Very nice place and location

The property is well maintained and the owner was very quick and pleasant in answering our questions. It is well stocked with linens and all kitchen ware. Loved the short walk to the park and beach access. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We enjoyed our visit very much.

Close to the beach and convenient to everything in Canaveral & Cocoa Beach!

This was a beautiful, clean, and updated townhouse very close to the beach in a nice quiet neighborhood. It had everything we needed for our home-away-from home for the week. Roger and Paula made the check-in process a breeze and were very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Peacocks! Beach!

We enjoyed our time at this location. It provided very comfortable accommodations. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials you need. Plus the area is located with gorgeous peacocks which roam the streets that we enjoyed on our daily walks. It's a short walk to the beach which was gorgeous. Very nice host who checked in with us to make sure everything was ok.

Great Stay in Cape Canaveral

We just love this location. It is a short 2 block walk to the ocean. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt very safe for going on walks. We were able to see 2 launces from the beach by us, which was very fun. The town home has a great kitchen, back yard and pleanty or square footage. Good parking. Also has outdoor faucet and shower if you want to rinse sand off of your shoes or feet.. 7-11 is within walking distance. Could use a little more seating in living room and a few more towels. Wash nice to have washer and dryer to use.

My boys had space camp for the week and because it wasn’t sleep-away camp, I found this property to stay at. 20-25 min from KSC and a quick walk to the beach. Perfect. We actually got the chance to see a rocket launch from the beach and even had a great view of the rocket booster returning. The neighbors seemed friendly and the area safe for walking my dog early and late. I had one unexpected issue while there and the owners were very quick to help with a solution. Comfy beds and great bathrooms.

Great Property, Awesome Location & Close to the Beach!

This location has everything you could want and/or need, during your stay And…it’s very convenient and close to the beach. Property is very spacious, clean and has new updates and an awesome private backyard area. This backyard area was a perfect place for our dog to safely explore and we were lucky enough to sit and enjoy the Space-X Satellite Launch going across the sky one evening! This property is located in a great subdivision area where we were able to enjoy our morning and evening walks with our dog. The Owners were wonderful to work with and very responsive. We had originally rented for a week and were able to extend our stay a couple more days. We’d give this property and the owners a 10+ and will definitely stay here again on our next visit. Fantastic Location and house!!

We have been vacationing in the Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area for 12 yrs, and I Can honesty say this is one of the best rentals we have had. The house is stunning! We had more than enough room for the 4 of us. Our two teens had the entire upstairs with two full.size beds and had their own bathroom!! Free wifi and laundry onsite is always a plus! The house was clean and bright. The neighborhood is very quiet and we had a short walk to an absolutely gorgeous beach. Ron Johns surf shop and multiple restaurants were within a 5 min drive from the house. Our hosts Paula and Roger are the best!! They answered any questions quickly and i could definity feel they truly wanted us to have a great vacation :) We will definitely be contacting them next year to rent this unit again!!

Not good

Not what we expected. Only one tv, pics make it look like there are tv’s in all bedrooms. Only one towel suppled for each occupant. Dryer doesn’t work well takes all day to dry a load. Need to walk thru master bedroom to get to back patio. Back deck needs major repair, boards are rotting and severely warped making for a tripping hazard. Place was clean but It is our belief that there is an existing mold problem as 2 of us became sick. We do not recommend!

Perfect vacation!

This townhouse was great! Loved the friendly quiet neighborhood and the 5 minute walk to the beach. The unit itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated with a well equipped kitchen and really nice bathrooms. Even the outdoor space was wonderful. It was nicely landscaped and we enjoyed using the lounge chairs for sunning when it was too windy for the beach. The owner was very accommodating and we appreciated all the extra hospitalities he provided such as the welcoming tray with bottled water, etc. when we arrived. We stayed for a month and for us this unit was like a home away from home. Had a great time,! Thanks, Roger!

Awesome Stay!

Property is in great condition, great location and great size for my family of 5 with dogs. Very short walk to the beach. We came for a baseball tournament/vacation and this property was close enough to the stadium where we were able to vacation with a side of baseball. Great communication with the owner throughout our stay. Very accommodating and pleasant. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Property and Vacation

This place is really amazing. We will absolutely come back and stay again in the future. The property is immaculate with everything updated and in perfect working condition.. The owner was great to work with. And the area beats any beach vacation we've had in California hands-down. One short block to the beach. We surfed and laid in the sun all week. Even saw baby sea turtles hatching on one of our morning walks. Tons of fun restaurants around. Thank you for what my kids are telling me was their "favorite vacation ever".

Great stay

Very nice property with a great outdoor area, clean and modern interior, and very close proximity to the beach. Roger was very responsive to any questions and checked in to make sure our stay was going well. Was a super relaxing place to stay and would definitely book again in the future. Just for reference for things to improve on, the coffee mugs were a bit difficult to use because of the handle design getting too hot, and some pots/pans could be in better shape.

Good decor and great kitchen toys

The house inside is beautiful and very well decorated. The kitchen has all the toys and very good brands, if you enjoy cooking, this place will inspirer you. The dinner table is amazing and the rooms and super fun and comfy. Makes you want to stay in. It feels like home.

Quiet Beach Getaway

It was a quiet and peaceful area within walking distance from the beach. Great view for watching rocket launches, and cruise ships! We appreciated the beach chairs, and the very comfortable beds. We loved the outside eateries at Port Canaveral.

Excellent Location

This property is exactly as described. They have everything you might need to just have all the amenities of home. Great location. Beach access within in 5 minutes walking. Very clean and updated property. This was our 1st VRBO and not one disappointment at all. When we come back to this location, I will look to rent from this same owner. 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

True homeaway from home

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable townhouse with a lovely relaxing fenced in back yard. A safe neighborhood that is great for a late afternoon walk. Owners were extremely helpful with any question we asked and very understanding. We saw 2 rockets take off while we we there and enjoyed the short walk to the beach. We do hope to stay again and a big thank you to Roger.
