We have a new cleaner this year and this is the first issue we've had of any kind. I'm not sure what may have happened with leaving sheets in the dryer, but we will certainly check with her. We also always leave 1 roll on the holder 1 spare. Anything else is the responsibility of the guests. We did reach out the day after arrival to see if you had settled in, but we never heard anything from you until seeing this review. In the future, please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any issues during your stay, and we'll do our best to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
