Regency Towers 202B - Venga a disfrutar de las pacíficas vistas desde este condominio 2br / 2ba recientemente remodelado frente al mar con capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente. Cada detalle ha sido seleccionado a mano e incluye nuevos sofás, nueva ropa de cama, nuevas obras de arte, nuevos televisores de pantalla plana en cada habitación, nuevos muebles de patio y mucho más. Este condominio cuenta con su propia lavadora / secadora, mientras que otras unidades en el complejo no.

Las Regency Towers se encuentran al este de todas las tiendas y restaurantes de Pensacola Beach. Lo mejor de Regency es que no tiene que lidiar con los condominios llenos de gente y los rascacielos justo en el puente, pero aún así es solo un corto viaje para disfrutar de todas las tiendas y restaurantes que todos amamos tanto. We loved our stay in this unit. We were trying to have a relaxing change from our prior years experience at a different condo with loud/ obnoxious neighbors all hours of the night. This place was wonderful! Quiet and well decorated with everything we needed. Close to the pool and beach. The pool was so clean and a good size. My husband kept saying every day how much he liked staying here. We definitely want to come back again!

We love staying here, we’ve come back for the third year in a row. Kat is a great host and always responds quickly to chats. The condo itself is perfectly located, with great views of the beach and themed so cute. The complimentary beach chairs come in handy! We will definitely be back!

Property was as advertised. First beach condo we have visited without beach towels. Lots of books, games and beach toys for children. Wet sheets were in dryer when we arrived so dried them in order to use it ourselves. May want to bring extra toilet paper for longer stays because there were only 2 small rolls. Balcony was comfortable. Many utensils & appliances for cooking. Pool seemed to be well- maintained even though we hit the beach. Really appreciated the agreement with the beach set up company for 2 chairs and an umbrella without charge. Great location for less crowded sand, shells and a variety of restaurants.

Hi Janice. We appreciate you sharing a few words regarding your stay, and we're glad that you enjoyed the beach set up. As for those cleaning issues, we truly apologize. We have a new cleaner this year and this is the first issue we've had of any kind. I'm not sure what may have happened with leaving sheets in the dryer, but we will certainly check with her. We also always leave 1 roll on the holder 1 spare. Anything else is the responsibility of the guests. We did reach out the day after arrival to see if you had settled in, but we never heard anything from you until seeing this review. In the future, please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any issues during your stay, and we'll do our best to remedy the situation as soon as possible. We do appreciate you staying with us and we hope you have a wonderful summer!

Everything was available Had to stop the repair job above us on Monday quiet the other two days thanks for that Towels were not useable due to odor and the same bathroom it smelled of urine . Ok in the kitchen Other that it was nice thank you pool and beach very nice

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was exactly what we needed. The space was comfortable and had everything we needed. The views are perfect. We all needed a dose of Vitamin Sea and we got it. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit was NOT cleaned when we arrived. Cleaner came promptly after notifying manager. After cleaning, unit was a nice place and location. The pool however was closed for maintenance. Probably getting ready for Spring Break starting next week. I would stay again; perfect size for 4 guests. Located in quiet area, away from bars/restaurants, etc. Entire property was nicely maintained.

The Condo was well equipped and in great condition. Easy access to the beach and not overcrowded. We would definitely recommend a stay to friends or family!
