It is equipped for 6 people, distributed in 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with 1 single bed) (also available baby cot), 3 bathrooms with bath or shower, kitchen with appliances and living room with table and chairs.  
The exterior has a porch of 30 square meters, garden and terrace of 450 square meters. Private pool of 18 square meters. Mountain views. Nearest supermarket: 2 Km Bar / Nearby restaurant +: 2 Km Nearest Beach: 18 Km Near Golf + 15 Km Pharmacy + close 2 Km Hospital / Medical Center + close 2 Km Rates

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20 € /night.

The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old.

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.
