Finca S'Estepa with Pool & Wi-Fi

The holiday home “Finca S'Estepa” is located in Bunyola and has everything you need for a perfect holiday in the sun. The 2-storey house consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The child-friendly holiday home includes Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a television and a washing machine. A highchair and a baby cot are also available upon request.

Your private outdoor area is the perfect place to unwind under the sun. This includes a pool, a garden, terraces, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Relax on one of the 2 terraces – the upper terrace boasts a view of the Tramuntana mountains and from the lower terrace you overlook the garden and the pool.

In 4-6 minutes driving you will reach restaurants, cafes and bars and the nearest supermarket is a 6-minute drive away. The house is located just a short drive from the next village,Caubet. Furthermore, the city of Palma can be reached by car in just over 20 minutes where you can spend the day on one of the beaches. Palma de Mallorca airport is a 23-minute drive away (25 km).

Parking is available on the property. Pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls.

Great location and very kind host!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was well-equipped and ideal for our group of five. The cellar was perfect for storing our bikes, and the location couldn’t have been better — a great starting point for our rides and just a short, easy walk to the charming town of Bunyola, with plenty of great restaurants and shops. Everything was perfect, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Wonderful villa near the mountains, great stay and great host!

Beautiful villa. Lovely location not too far from anything .

Pros: The country its self is beautiful.the villa was lovely and spacious had everything we needed. Hire a car and make the most of the island not to long of a drive to different resorts . Palma and soller and Alcúdia where our faves Cons: Nothing was all perfect

Great estate and clean

The house and garden were very wellkept. The contact Isidro was keen on doing a great job, very structured and punctual. Remember that you have to make a full cash deposition on arrival (not with card) which we would had appreciated to know in advance. Bonyola center is just 2 min with car. The overall stay and house is highly recommended, nice planted garden that is taken care of (its better in reality than thr pictures show), pool cleaned every morning and the fenced estate area is quite big.

The house was in good condition, well laid out and comfortable.

Pros: Being able to visit places all over North West Mallorca. Location of the house is pleasantly separate from other nearby houses. Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, terraces, and dining areas were great and all services worked well. Cons: We were unlucky with the weather. The access to the house involves a lot of steps, including to access the pool from the house (very good for controlling pool access by young children). Noisy dogs and other animals in properties nearby (not disturbing other than for children).

Heerlijk huis wat alles compleet heeft wat je nodig hebt.

Pros: Schoon mooi huis met alles erop en eraan wat je nodig hebt op vakantie. Alles werkt goed, is nieuw, lokatie dicht bij veel bekende stadjes, stranden en dorpjes. Cons: Het zwembad is wat aan de kleine kant voor drie kinderen die willen springen en spelen in het water.

Die Finca ist sehr schön, ruhig und bestens ausgestattet. Sie ist wirklich zu empfehlen.

Pros: Check in, Garten, ruhige Umgebung, Pool Cons: Das Dorfzentrum mit dem lebendigen, spanischen Leben liegt 2 km entfernt. Leider gibt es im Dorf und schon gar nicht in der Nähe keine Parkplätze.
