Anita’s condo is a wonderful place to stay in Seagrove Beach. It’s tucked off the main road and so nice & quiet. Everything is the condo is wonderful. She has lots of extra touches to help make the stay go smoothly. She is very communicative and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

We love the location, the condo unit, the view of the ocean from balcony, the pool and view of pool from balcony, the easy access to beach, hospitality and professionalism of owner….. We’ve love the laidback atmosphere of this beach area. The unit is stylish decorated and has the amenities that only an owner can give to a home.. The view of the ocean is close and relaxing to the soul..The view and closeness to pool is great for commuting to family members from balcony to pool..The access to beach from unit is one of the easier ones we have ever experienced. Over the years, we have made approximately 50 trips to the beach..Our communication with owners is the best I can recall.Great for family, for just the two of you to enjoy, or even a solo trip with lots of room!!!

Very clean condo. Location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach and to pool. Host was very accessible and checked in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly.

Enjoyed our time

Great place to stay! Very convenient location for restaurants, golf, activities and much more. Loved having the two big size pools for the 3 kids in our group.

Fantastic Location and Condo

We stay at dunes of Seagrove every year for the last 7ish years in a different condo each time. This was by far the best one we’ve stayed at in the complex. Highly recommend.

Nice spring break trip

This is our third time staying at Dunes of Seagrove. This unit has lovely views, is very clean and the kitchen is stocked well for cooking meals. Beds are comfy and pool was refreshing.

Great stay

The condo was clean and had all the amenities we could ask for. Communication from the owner was prompt when we contacted her. The location was perfect and close to everything that we wanted. We would definitely recommend this unit and would stay there again!

Great Stay!

Great communication with property owner. She went out of her way to make multiple recommendations for us during our stay. Location to the beach and activities were great! Accomodations were wonderful! Would highly recommend. We will stay here again!

We traveled with our children ages 4-12. Host (Anita) was extremely communicative before and during the trip, which was very appreciated. Construction onsite occurred during our trip - not something she could have prevented - she let us know ahead of time and checked in on us, which went a long way. Regarding the condo: good, functional use of space, extremely clean condo with everything you’d need. My husband’s trip was made after seeing the tv size in the main room (LOL). Short distance to the beach with both stairs and elevators close by. Only “downside” about the location is you really have to drive to get to any restaurants if you don’t rent bikes- nothing is walking distance with children. We would stay again, thank you Anita!
