COVERED PATIO WITH OCEAN VIEW: Large covered patio with plenty of seating. Amazing view of the Gulf!

AMENITIES: 2 large swimming pools, hot tub, fitness center, sauna, steam room, tennis and pickle ball courts, outdoor grills along with bike rentals and beach chair setups available on property!

A nice relaxing retreat!

When we take trips to 30a our main objective is to spend the most time at the beach and this location made that super easy. The condo was nice and clean. The checkin/ checkout was super easy. It was definitely one of our favorite stays in Santa Rosa Beach! We will be back!

Fantastic Condo!

It was a last minute booking and boy did we luck out! The location was perfect to all amenities, very well stocked, comfortable beds and most of all clean! We would definitely love to rent again!

Great property and overall experience!

We come to the Seagrove area every year and this condo definitely was a great place to stay. It had a great head-on view of the water and pools and was very spacious and clean. We would definitely choose to stay here again given the opportunity.

Great Vacation Spot.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The place was quiet, well equipped, clean and easy to get to and from. Easy access to the beach and great covered parking. We hope that we can stay in this condo again. We loved the large outdoor space.

Great vacation

This was a great condo. I’ve been coming to the 30a area for 30 years. This was a great location that was quiet but close to everything. It is off the main road enough to have little traffic and plenty of peace and quiet. The property is on the beach and has a great pool. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely condo

The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and appointed with everything we needed. The balcony is huge with a dining table for four and rocking and lounge chairs. Communication was excellent with the owner. Great location for a family vacation!

Relaxing

Great Vacation

We had a fabulous time! We’ve never been to Seaside/Sea Grove and fell in love with it! It is an absolutely beautiful beach and the condo location was great! Convenient to everything! The condo was extremely clean and well laid out with a great view of the pool/ocean! We will definitely be back!

The unit was very tastefully decorated. Beautiful views , we enjoyed the work-out area and steam sauna . Location was perfect, walked to Deer Lake state park daily, Beautiful area. We cant wait to come back !

Always nice to know that our location was what the guests were looking for. We're close to the restaurants, state park and all the action of Seaside and Rosemary, but tucked away in a private, cozy spot on 30-A. Future guests will enjoy upgrades coming in March -- new flat screen TVs, outdoor cushions and a full-condo paint job!

Great Long Weekend

This condo was great for our three kids and us. The view is awesome and the pool and beach are easy to access. The condo itself could use a few updates and an overall deep clean but it definitely worked for the 4 days we were there.

Perfect Vacation Spot

What a great location! The view was amazing, the unit was clean, very quiet, and convenient to everything we wanted to do. We spent as much time outside on the comfortable patio furniture as we did inside. Our family had a condo n the same floor, giving us plenty of time for family outings and our own privacy! Best of both worlds for a family vacation. I sure hope it is available on our next trip!

Excellent location, love the lagoon pools with colored lights, great private beach

This was a wonderful family vacation in a cozy and comfortably decorated condo. the views from the deck are awesome, overlooking the pools and the gulf. And there is even a sunset view from the "person and a half" sized chaise lounge in the corner of the porch. It was easy for us to get to Seaside and Rosemary Beach and we had some great meals at places within a 5 to 15 minute drive. Everyone loved it. We'll be going back.

I think this guest experience typifies what many of our guests say, Dunes of Seagrove is a great destination resort with all the amenities but still cozy enough to really enjoy a great family vacation. Close proximity to great restaurants, recreation and entertainment venues is another plus for the Dunes.

Planning our next trip already!

We had a great time in this condo! The weather was great and we enjoyed our morning coffee on the beautiful veranda with a view of the beach each morning. The condo is clean, well kept and has everything you need in the kitchen. The location is close enough to the "action" of nearby Destin and Panama City and just far enough away to enjoy the serenity of the beach. A true total package. Pat was wonderful to deal with and the entire process went smoothly. We will be back and cannot wait to book this gem again!

Simple but Excellent Condo

Dunes of Seagrove is a little gem. We loved the pool and beach access with a 5 and 7 year old. We also found that all other owners and visitors were very professional and friendly. Lots of kids to play with and a very quiet property. Private beach was the cleanest around as we walked to Eastern Lake a few times. Brooks the owner was incredibly responsive when needed and also accommodated an early check in early for grocery arrival. Beds were very comfortable. Living room and patio furniture could use a little update but nothing that impacted our stay. We would come back to this property. Loved the near by seafood market called buddy’s.
