You’ll love The Palms at Seagrove C2 which sits on a 25 foot bluff with gorgeous views of the sparkling Gulf and it’s dazzling sunsets. Ground floor guests also enjoy the grassy terrace and most convenient beach access.

This recently renovated condo boasts beautiful kitchen, updated bathrooms, walk-in master shower, king bed (New Mattress Oct 2022), flatscreen HD Smart TVs with upgraded media package and hallway bunks.

After a day at the beach enjoy a dip in the pool, walk or rent a bike and ride to Seaside to enjoy the wonderful shops and restaurants along 30A.

Bike rentals just across 30A and chairs/umbrella rentals available beach side.

My family and I had such a great time. We owe so much of it to the Lacey’s and their beautiful getaway. Communication was great, they answered every question we had. The condo was exactly as described, it was beautiful and clean, plus what’s not to love, you open the door and your steps away from the beach! Thanks again.

Steps to the beach

We absolutely love the location of this condo! Not only was it beautiful on the inside, it was so convenient to the beach with having a bottom floor condo with only steps to the beach. We will definitely be staying here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Beautiful condo just steps from the beach. It was the perfect location with two young kiddos. Plus, we loved biking into Seaside for food and entertainment. We would definitely come back!

Perfect location! Private beach!

Beautiful condo! Exceeded my expectations. Extremely clean and very welcoming. Instructions on how to access condo was clear and concise. Was there a few days alone until my husband could join for the week and felt extremely safe. Ended up not renting a bike since everything I needed was in walking distance. Best part was being right on the beach!

Wonderful location

The owner/ host was great with communication, details and ensured our stay was as good as it could be! She was truly a blessing to us. When we arrived the condo was super clean and so welcoming with lighting, music playing from the tv and towels folded on the beds to welcome us. The condo is decorated beautifully and aesthetically pleasing. There are thoughtful hooks everywhere for the hanging of towels and damp clothes. The kitchen is well equipped. The chairs on the patio are wonderful for meals outside. The view of the dunes and ocean is so beautiful and the walk and acess to the beach is super close to the unit.The beds and furniture are very nice as well as comfortable; the bunk beds are a bit on the shorter side so best for adults under 5 ft 4 and great for kids. Our 5ft 4 daughter slept diagonally on the bottom bunk and said she slept well while our 6 ft 3, sixteen year old son said he slept great on the couch. this location is convenient to everywhere along 30A and not too far from Panama City Beach or Destin. We have been comming to Seagrove since 2007 and this was one of the best places we have stayed.and we HOPE to be able to stay here in the furture.

Fantastic beachfront condo

This condo has it all and it is literally steps to the beach. It’s about a mile from the center of Seaside and an easy bike ride away. The owner really made this unit special by paying attention to the little details. The linens were very nice and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen well appointed. This unit has everything you need for a great vacation!

We really enjoyed this rental. Condo was updated and clean. Proximity to the beach is excellent. The only thing I would say (not really a complaint) is the beach/ocean view was obstructed by overgrown vegetation.

Easy to use!

Great easy-to-use place! Park right in front, very short walk to front door on ground floor, and you're in! No elevators, no stairs...just a small curb. Well equipped. Easy beach access. Centrally located to many places to eat and play! We'll be back!

PERFECT condo and getaway

This was our 3rd time in Seagrove and our favorite place to stay by far! Great views, excellent walk to the beach, comfortable beds and perfect room for cooking and hanging out. Thank you so much! We will most definitely be back!!

Awesome Family Vacation!

From start to finish the experience was incredible! Easy to book, great communication and help from the owners, and easy access to everything. The location was great! Very nice and clean property! Great views! Great seafood! We will be back for sure!
