The view from the balcony is everything! The beach is beautiful and close. Just a few steps outside, and there you are. The unit is small-just right for me and my husband. It is clean, neat, and comfortable. This area is on the quiet side, but so close to anything you might want to explore in the area. We had such a nice time!

The ocean view is great. You can also see the river from the bedroom and when leaving the condo. As the description states, the condo is small, but it worked well for 2 adults - we stayed in the room more than usual due to heavy rains and were comfortable. For those who might like a firm mattress, just a note that the mattress is very soft. The communication with the host was excellent. There was an unexpected hot water outage and the owner responded within seconds to my text. He also worked with us when it couldn't be resolved immediately.

Absolutely loved this condo. The space was clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and exactly what we hoped for. The location was fantastic, with easy beach access and beautiful views that made the stay feel special. Everything was smooth from check-in to checkout, and the condo had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

The place was close to Saint Augustine , the beach was nice. The condo was more like an efficiency hotel room with a great view.

The view is spectacular. It’s perfect for a couple. The cleaning supplies were plentiful and the kitchen well stocked. Just be aware that laundry is communal and not really adequate, but the view makes it a worthwhile rental.

First time staying in this area of Fla. Will definitely be back. Lots to do in the area. The room we stayed in was perfect! Very clean. The bed was amazing! Perfect for recharging after a day of St Augustine sightseeing and relaxing on the beach and at the pool. Had some first class cuisine as well!

In all correspondence the host was welcoming and informative. The view was excellent. The overall beach/area/pool/access were very nice. The condo itself needs updating and some TLC. Appliances were stained and needed a more detailed cleaning. Should have included more towels available for a 7-night stay. Location to downtown St. Augustine historic/tourist area was a long sometimes congested drive back and forth.

The condo was as advertised. The view - fantastic! Pushing the luggage cart up a hill and then the ramp wasn’t expected. We are in our 80’s. Looks like maybe permanent residents permanently park in all the handicapped slots. None available for us.Otherwise, we liked the clean condo and location.
