We had 13 people for my Dad's 80th birthday. The house was perfectly big enough for all of us. Close enough to do amazing things but secluded enough to feel private! We had an amazing week!

This house was well appointed for our family group of 11. The scenery was gorgeous. We had room to spare! The house was well laid out and had everything you could possibly need. The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions we had. We definitely recommend!

It was just what we were looking for us and our grown kids, a guest house for one "family", the downstairs, for another and upstairs for us. Beautiful outdoor space for the littles to run around and the adults to relax. Very well outfitted kitchen, bathrooms, etc.

This house served our purposes well as a multi-generational family. It is well located about 8 minutes from downtown on the north side of town and is very private. The house is well equipped, clean and the hosts were communicative and easy to work with. Two Bedrooms up, three bedrooms down plus the separate Casita. We especially liked the huge 20’ x 30’ Family Room that is well decorated with a massive TV and a nearby Shuffleboard table. Huge dining table with great natural was a nice place to gather.

Vista Encantada was everything that we expected and more. From the outset the owners were clear in their communications and set very clear guidelines and expectations for the property and guests. We love the art and attention to detail on the property, from the furnishings and bedding, to the appliances and other "needs". The place looks better in person which is hard to believe.

Yes, The hosts were very good to communicate with initially and their home was absolutely stunning. We had 5 families and it was very comfortable for all. Lots of room to be private and lots of areas to all be together.

This was a beautiful house. The location was quiet and the house had a beautiful view. The decor was wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could imagine. We loved sitting by the fireplace in the kitchen and having coffee in the morning and then sitting by the fire on the patio at night. Perfect for our annual girls trip.

Excellent property for large group. We had thirteen at the house and especially loved the outdoor space. Wonderful to sit out there in the morning with views of the Sangre de Cristos and do the same in the evening! Well stocked kitchen was a huge plus.
