Located in Etaules, very pretty house of 70s of 380 m2 in the heart of the peninsula of Avert and its oyster basin, 10 kilometers from the famous wild coast.
This very quiet and very bright house can accommodate up to 12 people or 3 families on a fenced plot of 6500 m2 including several covered terraces, 200 m2 of Deck around a pool unheated to dimensions of 10 x 5 m, but secure . A Pool House with an equipped kitchen allows for lunch or dinner near the pool and west side a cottage transformed into Guinguette offers exceptional sunsets near two petanque courts.
The house is equipped with all comforts: dishwasher, fridge freezer + 3 refrigerators, large washing machine, dryer, private parking with electric gate, sheets and linen included, maid 2 hours per day, TV channel + sat channel, Bose music system and WiFi.
5 bedrooms of 18m2 and a parental suite on the floor of 35 m2
Other equipment: 2 umbrella beds for children, plancha and barbecue.

Nous avons été très bien reçu par jean- Philippe dans cette maison exceptionnelle. Nous avons séjourné à 3 familles pendant 1 semaine et la maison est très agréable à vivre avec une grande luminosité ainsi que de multiples terrasses. La maison est idéalement située pour rayonner sur la région avec les plages de la tremblade/ oleron/ visiter Rochefort/ Royals etc... merci encore à jean- Philippe pour sa gentillesse et son efficacité !

Excellent holiday

The house is really beatiful, very comfortable and modern in the same time. It allows to spend much time inside, because of a great living room and has enough possibility to sit outside and relax. The pool house has a full equiped kitchen for preparing an apperetif or a small lunch. The third place is a small house near the place for boule - a small house can be converted to a bar. The pool is pretty big and is filled with salt water - much better than chlorine water. The stay was excellent relaxing holiday. The owners do take care of the house offering a cleaning and taking care of the garden and the pool. In the same time, the don't bother with to many attention - we agreed on time and dates for cleaning and that worked perfect for us. We stayed with three families for two weeks - two having two small children each. Everyone is absolutely happy about the stay. I would book the location anytime again.
