Smoky Mountain Vista is a spacious multi-level cabin retreat sleeping up to 16 guests, located 8 miles from downtown Gatlinburg in a quiet, private resort community that borders Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Two park entrances are just minutes from the driveway.
This is the cabin for families and groups who want space, amenities, and genuine mountain seclusion — without giving up convenience to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Dollywood.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets: Adult dogs only. $200 pet fee/stay. Insurance carrier requires proof of vaccination, flea/tick medication. Dog must be crated when left alone.
Maximum number of guests is 16 unless advance permission is granted by owner. STRICTLY ENFORCED.
A copy of a government issued ID needs to be texted to owner prior to check in.
