It is a 10 min drive to Big Cottonwood and Small Cottonwood Canyons. 30 min drive to Park City. An easy drive to 10 convenient ski resorts 20 - 30 min to heart of SLC. 3-4 hour drive to Southern Utah. 30 min to the SLC airport. Easy access to freeway. Bus system a 5 minute walk away.
