Private beach is wonderful ,,your property extends down to 20 ft of the waters edge. No crowds , no public beach accesses. Just you and your family with free beach service 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas which are provided.

Twelve foot ceilings on the main floor a huge space that has ample room for dining (three large dining tables) and three loveseats and sofa for watching TV and enjoying time together...
Large white kitchen with all newer stainless appliances, two sinks, Large separate beverage cooler and double ovens all open to dining and living areas with beautiful views and easy deck and beach access
Large gulf front balconies 3- 12x 32 decks with high ceilings. Large grill outside for barbecuing.

We stayed here for family vacation with 18 adults and had a blast. The house has plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The location is perfect and within steps from the beach. The hosts are very responsive. We can’t wait to come back and visit again.

Hi , Im sorry you were disappointed with our house. All the other reviews are great reviews and most guests really do seem to love it. There are many reasons why most guests have a great time here. The amount of people it sleeps is 24, the amazing amount of open living space, the amount of beds it provides, the privacy of the first floor bedrooms and the extra separate two bedroom guest house that travelers can rent for a fee. In addition to the above, renters love the extreme privacy on the beach and the value in dollars that you derive from booking this home. It is a great value compared to the other homes in the surrounding areas. The pictures depict the house exactly for what it is ,with some hard to come by features such as a private beach almost all to yourself, no beach accesses nearby, The rental includes 4 chairs and two umbrellas set up for you every morning, This home is a beautiful and charming home,not brand new but with significant new and newer updates,not totally renovated but the price reflects that especially in season. About it being moldy, I have to say there is no mold in the house and no renter ever said there was Please read all past reviews.. This might have come from you as you did say the washer needed to be cleaned as the inside rubber folds retain moisture and were very dirty.. This has since been taken care of. This is a common industry complaint with these front loaders and this washer gets very heavy use during the summertime. Again I am sorry this house didnt work out for you...

This house was exceptionally close to the beach and the beach is super private. The chairs that come with the house are a real positive. We had a large group and the downstairs open kitchen area is really good for entertaining. Lots of seating . The house could use some updates on the upper floors . The 8th bedroom is more open than a normal bedroom more like an overflow kids play room ..Some outdoor furniture on the upper decks would be nice to add as well. Overall we had really good stay and the host was very responsive!

Fantastic

Finding a home that accommodates 4 families and meets the needs of both night owls and early birds is such a blessing. We had a few questions that were immediately answered, space and even extra space for 17 people, a very well stocked kitchen for our baker/cook, and enough balcony/porch space and bathrooms to keep us all separate when we wanted it. The beach is perfectly private and just a step off the porch. We had a blast here!

We visited for a large family reunion with kids of all ages and had a wonderful week at this beautiful house! Pros: * The hosts are very responsive. When we encountered a couple of issues, Phil solved them within a few hours. Anne answered lots of questions via email in advance. * The proximity to the beach was very convenient for our large group.* It felt private, with few people on the surrounding beach. * The ocean was a clear Caribbean aqua, and the sand was soft on our feet.* Porches and large windows allowed us to enjoy the mesmerizing view from the house.* It’s a great location, close to many amenities and grocery stores.* The community pool, pickle ball, and gym were a very nice perk.* There were lots of pots and pans and kitchen items.* The water hose on the porch was convenient for washing off the sand.Cons:* There are only 7 true bedrooms. The third floor bonus room is not secluded like a true bedroom. The second floor hallway bunks are mini beds, too small for adults. A well-equipped apartment in the carriage house is available for an upcharge: it provides more private space as well as another kitchen, but it does not raise the legal limit of houseguests.* It would have been nice to have another refrigerator. (The house does have a regular size refrigerator and a drink refrigerator.)* The dryer did not work great. Overall, though, we had a wonderful week, but fixing those items would help make this house top notch. Many thanks to Phil and Anne!

Pros: You will not find a better location on the beach! Private beach Beach service (2 umbrellas and 4 chairs) Perfect accommodations for our family of 14 (3 floors, 8 bedrooms) Well stocked kitchen with dishes and utensils. Great communication! Nice large gas grill. Sufficient parking for four vehicles. Twice weekly city provided Trash pickup service. Cons: House needs significant updates especially kitchen, bed linens, Need new furniture and updated decor to match the overall value of the house. Need comfortable and substantial outdoor furniture on 2nd and 3rd floor balconies.

The very private beach is great.. no crowds at all.. not near any public beach accesses and we do offer the 4 chairs and two umbrellas set up for you every morning.. I am happy you thought the house was clean and comfortable.. I will pass on your feedback about the updating .. I know the sofas and the dining area furniture(table and chairs) are only a couple of years old.. The bedspreads are newer and kitchen have the white stone countertops,white cabinets with the dual ovens and dual sinks.. Again Thank you and I hope you come again...

The house is in a great location with a private beach . My whole family , 22 of us stayed for a week. The host excellent in communicating and answering my questions . The kitchen had everything we needed to cook big family meals including 2 ovens . We enjoyed our stay .

Best Beach House

Lovely and very spacious home with everything our large group of 15 needed. Amazing views from the decks on all three floors. Owners were incredibly responsive with questions and concerns. Tons of dolphins right outside our door in the ocean. We will return!

Fantastic Stay!

We loved the house and our stay! Anne and Phil were quick to help with any issues we had. The house was perfect for 15 of us — 7 adults and 8 kids from 12-15 years old. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well-appointed, tons of space, private beach was perfect. A much needed escape for all of us! We will definitely be back!
