La maison de la Manche avec une profonde quai privĂ© de l'eau, pas de la plage. Renseignez-vous sur une autre unitĂ© si plus d'espace est nĂ©cessaire. Ceci est l'endroit oĂč vous pouvez vraiment vous dĂ©tendre. Aucun gratte-ciel, pas de circulation, pas de feux de circulation sur l'Ăźle. Ceci est oĂč ma famille et moi dĂ©tendre. Ma maison est sur un canal d'eau profonde avec quai --- Notre maison a 2 unitĂ©s complĂštement sĂ©parĂ©es. Chaque unitĂ© peut accueillir 6 personnes. Les deux ont 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain, cuisine et salle de sĂ©jour. Chacun a 1 lit King, 1 lit Queen et un futon dans le salon. Vous pouvez en louer un ou les deux si vous avez besoin d'espace supplĂ©mentaire. Appelez avec des questions si vous aimez. 336-516-0487. 135 par nuit et par unitĂ© pour les locations Ă  la semaine. Nous ne faisons que des locations Ă  la semaine du 1er juin au 31 aoĂ»t. Nous louerons tous les soirs au printemps et Ă  l'automne. (2 nuits minimum)

Owners are fantastic people! Property was perfect for my needed get away. Close to beach access, beautiful canal in the rear. Clean and smelled amazing. Shower was the best pressure of my life!! I will be back again and again and cannot recommend this place enough! I would give 10 stars if I could :)

Great time at Holden Beach!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time staying here. Downstairs neighbors were friendly, and the owner was communicative and very helpful. Nice place to stay if you're looking for some peace and quiet.

Easy beach access from this location, just a few minutes walk. House was exactly as advertised and very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet.The host texted me as soon as the house was cleaned, so we were able to check in early.

This was such a fun place to stay. We caught crabs and fish, walked to the beach in a matter of minutes. Enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boat.

Perfect getaway

Wife and I really enjoyed this property. Owner was very helpful with check in/out and informative. Easy walk to beach and ICW, but we also enjoyed hanging out on the dock. Very comfy bed and furniture. We’ll be back!

Nice location!

This is comfortable, nicely located beach duplex. You have a great canal view with a short walk to the beach! The back deck provides a comfortable place to relax and take in the canal view. The neighborhood was generally very quiet.

Location, location, location!

Joel was great to attend to initial hiccup checking in. After that, we had an amazing weekend. House has great porches for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. Well equipped kitchen, everything we needed. Thanks, Joel!

Loved this place!!

This place was very cute and perfect size for me and 2 others. It’s in a cool spot right on the channel and we were able to hang out on the dock/in the water with floats if we didn’t feel like going to the beach. The public beach access was only a short 5 min walk away. Joel was very attentive and helpful with check in and informing us about things to do. There were people in the unit underneath but they were very friendly and didn’t mind the company at all. 10/10 recommend!!

A True Jewel!

Absolutely perfect! The pictures in the ad do not showcase how light and bright this home is! We loved all the personal touches - it made us feel like we were staying with a family we knew! Well appointed with all of the things we could need to cook our own meals, we found everything tucked into the cabinets, out of the way with cleared surface areas for all the things! Coffee overlooking the canal was the perfect start to the day, and the beach access was just a short walk away. Comfy beds, and much larger rooms than we expected. Plenty of "spaces" here. Dana and Joel are friendly, informative, and gracious hosts! **Definitely planning a return trip

WILL NOT STAY AGAIN

Bugs, spiders, cob webs, could not even sit out on the patio near canal railing about to fall off, place needs a lot of updates not sure who cleans for you guys but they did not do a good job, place looks better on the web site than in person.. Also was told upstairs would only have two people staying, there was a total of 7 people so we got to hear all the walking and all the showers being taken. We would have stay at another place but could not find one close by. Walk to beach was good. Will not be staying again Angela White

Worst VRBO rental of my life!

it’s a duplex and the owners were downstairs using the house at the same time. Using the dock, had their dog out around the yard, and their boat in the front yard and in the back, blocking the water view. There were dog droppings throughout the backyard. (the listing was a no-dog house) The first day the owners were in the bottom unit and their friends blocked our cars. We had to ask them to move the cars for us to leave. The owner had a fight with his boat mechanic using profanity. The owners had a loud party beneath us the first night. A total stranger knocked on our door late afternoon to ask if a crab pot was still in the kitchen from a party, they had there the night before. All that could possibly be overlooked but inside we encounter a constant reminder that we were intruders in someone else’s home. There are 20-30 personal family frames all over the house. No space to speak of for our items due to the amount of personal Knick knacks scattered around the furniture. Which was mostly broken, damaged, or so old you could feel the springs when you sat. The closets have old sneakers and flip flops and a load of other personal items which made it difficult to put our stuff. The bed mattresses were lumpy and saggy. Not sure when the comforters were last washed but their aroma was not pleasing. When I checked out, I was shocked to discover that they wanted us to make the beds with the comforters so the beds would be made for the new owners. I believe we are still in a Covid stage where things are to be sanitized? The owner said he had the cheapest cleaning service on the island and they didn’t clean any of the bedding between guests. The house had a wet dog smell . They tried to cover it with a cheap plug-in air freshener which made it worse. The house cleanliness was below average so I ended up cleaning it before we even settled in. But the chipped kitchen floor, bathroom floor, and kitchen countertops made it hard to know what was dirt and what was just old. The carpet has seen better days and both the front and back decks are very questionable in terms of safety. The owner harassed us after we left. He badgered us about how our special needs child bothered him and his wife the first few nights there because he was talking to them and I should have told him before we rented the place that we had a special needs child?!! He said I should have told him before we rented that we had a special needs child.

This beach house is exactly what we needed for our weekend trip. It was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. The house is a short walk to the beach, and the canal view is so relaxing. Enjoyed having our morning coffee on deck very quiet area! The host, Mr. Martin, was so accommodating and friendly. We could not have asked for a better experience! We will most definitely stay here again.

Our house has 2 completely separate units. We have an upper and a lower unit. Each sleeps 6. Each has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath , with a separate Livingroom and kitchen. You can rent both or just one.
