Esta casa está ubicada al lado del lugar donde se celebra la boda White Horse y a solo 4 millas de la entrada al Parque Nacional Sequoia. La ciudad, los restaurantes, las tiendas y los servicios están a menos de 2 millas de distancia.

Esta joya arquitectónica se encuentra en la bifurcación principal del río Kaweah y ofrece vistas espectaculares de las estribaciones de Sierra Nevada. Durante los meses de mediados de junio, y durante todo julio, agosto, septiembre y octubre, ¡el río ofrece el mejor hoyo para nadar! Otros meses del año dependen estrictamente del derretimiento de la nieve desde la cima de las montañas de Sierra Nevada y el Parque Nacional Sequoia.

Las 5 habitaciones ofrecen camas king size, y dos de las 5 habitaciones ofrecen una cama doble adicional. Cada habitación cuenta con un portaequipajes y armarios o armarios para desempacar sus pertenencias personales.

Todos los baños tienen una ubicación central para que todos los miembros del grupo los usen.

Televisores de pantalla plana están disponibles en la sala de estar y 2 dormitorios más. WiFi está disponible en toda la propiedad!

The house was im a great location for my family and I. It is close to the market , eating spots and 4 miles away from the park entrance . The house was more than we expected. It was super comfortable and felt cozy even though it was a very open space. What made it even better was the running river as a backdrop . Would stay again.

Dream River house!

This house definitely has the best swimming hole! We typically spend hours in the National Parks but we enjoyed the river so much we spent hours swimming each day in the afternoons after hiking. The house was large enough for our extended family and the deck for meals, and under the stars at night was fantastic. I would highly recommend this house for anyone coming to the area!

We had a great stay overall. The property is in an excellent location, and having direct water access right from the backyard was a huge highlight. The owners also provided thoughtful safety equipment, including life rings and ropes, which gave us extra peace of mind.There were just a couple of minor issues. The living room ceiling fan wasn't working when we arrived, and we had to reset and pair the remotes ourselves to get it working. Normally this wouldn't have been a big deal, but the weather was very hot, so the living room felt like an oven when we first entered and it took nearly an hour to cool down.The only other challenge was accessing the property. Since it's located downhill, carrying luggage, groceries, and other belongings down—and especially back up—was difficult. The owners did provide a cart to help transport items, which we appreciated, but it was still a bit of a workout, particularly with kids.Overall, these were relatively minor inconveniences, and we really enjoyed our stay. The location, waterfront access, and overall property made it a place we'd recommend.

The property is beautifully located if you want to explore Sequoia National Park, is extremely comfortable and has all the amenities you could possibly need. So very nice and relaxing, especially with the river in the background. Only challenge we had was lack of propane and thankfully we found this out late on our first night. Thanks to the property manager and host for quickly responding. It could have been even better if everything was in order upon arrival. Especially given what we paid for this adventure.

Magical experience!

We’ve been going to Three Rivers for years but this is our first stay at this property and it was pure magic. The pictures on the website don’t do it justice. The house is luxurious and spacious and the river and view is breathtaking. Such care was made to make this a premium guest experience and we’ll definitely be staying here again. Thanks Sheila!

One of the top places we've ever stayed!

The pictures do not do this place justice! From the time you first walk in, to the end of our trip we loved everything about the house! The hosts were great and anything we had questions about, they answered right away! We travelled into sequoia a few times and even made the trip to Yosemite for a day, perfect location! We were able to even get in the river and enjoy all the scenery around the area! The rooms are huge and have wonderful views on the back side of the house, kitchen is supplied with pretty much anything you need! We thank Sheila and the crew for letting us enjoy one of our favorite vacations to date! We will definitely be back!

Real relaxation

My three brothers, their wives, my husband and myself all have this trip to my mom for a Christmas gift. The house was everything we were hoping for and the sound of the river was a most unexpected gift! Although we were disappointed because the road to Sequoia National Forest was closed, after a two hour drive to the other side of the forest we were able to see the amazing trees. The little town of Three Rivers has really great food and nice, small shops.

Perfect summer getaway

The property could not be in a more perfect spot on the river. The home and grounds are immaculate and comfortable. Everything needed in the kitchen to feed a large group was available to us. Dogs had an absolute blast exploring. Kids aged 9-14 didn’t ask for screens the entire time. Instead, they enjoyed the gentle rapids, the swimming, tubing, watching wildlife, and fishing for gorgeous rainbow trout. All three families with us recently suffered great losses in the Eaton fire so we’ve been in many different airbnbs since January. This one was by far the most well appointed and the most fun.

Great place to stay

River is right in the backyard. It was roaring during our stay, which was really nice. The fire pit was a nice amenity. The outdoor area really is out of a magazine--incredible. Everything was clean. Appliances all worked great, including a/c. They do make you sign a rental agreement outside of VRBO a week before checkin. The agreement lists a few things: you will be filmed while you're outside; you can't film or photograph for work or a school project; you can't have any guests over who aren't on the reservation.

Modern River Treat

The house is a beautiful design, with a gorgeous wall of windows looking out over the river rolling hills. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms make it a perfect retreat for a family. The large trees of Sequoia Nat Park are about 40 minutes away and an easy daytime adventure. In the afternoon we spent time in the river where you can float along the edge of the property. The large kitchen is fully functional for big meals, the bathrooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, there are towels for the river and the sunsets on the back patio were wonderful way to end our days. The house rental was a huge success and very stylish.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

It was a wonderful house together with my family. River were amazing. I like the three Rivers community because there are things to do but at least in the spring there are no crowds. The pedestrian gate at the street level was broken but the property managers were very responsive to get someone out to fix it. The kitchen could’ve been a little bit better stocked but it was adequate. We all thought the beds were some of the most comfortable we had ever slept on.

We had a wonderful stay overall. The house is beautiful, the grounds are well-maintained, and the views are absolutely spectacular. The swimming hole is a real highlight and made for a fun and memorable experience.One thing future guests should be aware of is that the current directly in front of the house is quite strong, and the rock entry can be very slippery. For families with younger children, it can be challenging to safely navigate. If you get carried downstream to the calmer swimming hole, swimming against the current to get back to the entry point in front of the house against the current is difficult, so we found ourselves frequently walking upstream to swim/float back to the location in front of the house. The deck is also very hot and sunny during the afternoon and offers limited shade. Additional shaded seating would make it much more comfortable, particularly for grandparents, younger children, or anyone who isn't spending the entire day in the river. We brought an E-Z UP canopy and placed it on the deck for additional shade, which worked out well.Overall, this is a fantastic property, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We think it's especially well suited for families with older children or groups of adults who are comfortable with river conditions. For our group which included younger kids it wasn't quite the ideal fit, but it's still a beautiful home in an incredible setting.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home on the river! When we entered the house, there was a complete "Wow" with the beautiful river and mountain view just in front of us. The house was well equipped and clean, with ample towels and kitchen supplies. The location was convenient to the center of town and Sequoia National Park. We found the management to be very responsive when we needed a small repair. All in all, a wonderful stay!

Best Rental in Town

The house was amazing. The views out to the river were a highlight in the mornings, afternoon, and nights. There are 2 much larger room and 3 smaller rooms. It fit our group of 12 people + 1 dog just fine. We didn't go swimming as the river was a bit murky this time of year. In the early mornings we saw deer roaming around and in the river we saw a ton of tadpoles . The frogs also came out at night. During the nights there's plenty of space to lay out in the backyard to see the stars. We even saw a few shooting stars. Overall, the house was gorgeous and will definitely be back. Highly recommended for larger groups as there is plenty of beds, and space to stretch out.
