De propiedad privada y mantenido a un nivel alto. Ubicado en el segundo piso (esquina) de un edificio de 2 plantas con un balcón. Seguridad las 24 horas en el hotel y la entrada es a través de una puerta de vehículo tripulado. Wal-Mart se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie de la entrada principal, además de establecimientos de comida rápida y bares a poca distancia caminando.

Aparcamiento en el hotel es muy bueno y no hay problemas de espacios.

El libre acceso a una piscina comunitaria y zona de solarium.

Club de golf en el hotel es amable y sirve buena comida y bebida.

No RUNNING WATER

no running water upon check in. Had to find someone to help with main water valve. Maintenance said it was not his job it was the owners (we could not get a hold of) still haven’t gotten any word from host. My husband had to find and dig up the main water line to turn it on! Thank god we checked in 30min prior, if it had been after hours I don’t know what we’d have done. I’m 6 months pregnant and we were traveling with a 3 year old. No contact with host at all during the 2 night stay. I ended up leaving. My husband had to drive us 3 hours back home just to turn around for his race and drive the 3 hours back. Other items damaged. 2nd bathroom not working, kitchen sink leaking and tv flickered on and off, NO WIFI working. Unacceptable conditions.

No POWER

When arrived at property there was no electricity, no power at all. I texted and called the property manager and never answer. Talked to a neighbor and they had power. Need to leave the property and find a hotel at the last minute. Now I’m asking for refund and they didn’t answer again.

Nice Place!

Condo is in a good location and in walking distance to various stores and the pool is very close. The condo neighborhood was very quite and the few people we saw were friendly. It was clean upon arrival. Be aware when booking as US dollars are exchanged to pounds. I had to use a conversion chart to figure it out which was confusing. The only suggestion I would make moving forward is that the owner use a US bank to make transactions more user friendly for US citizens. The owner was great to work with and was always quick to communication. She went the extra mile dealing with this first time VRBO user. Would definitely stay again!

A truly accurate description of this property.

Everything about the stay was great and relaxing.Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves.Exceptionally clean,well maintained,and one of best equipped kitchen in a rental property we have stayed in.A real credit to the owner and property manager.If we return to the Haines city in the future this is the place of choice.The screened deck was a welcome feature for relaxing.

Southern Dunes

A nice condo. Plenty of space for two or even four. Pretty well furnished. Nice screened porch. Walking distance to groceries, Walmart, some restaurants and other amenities. Quiet, nice walking area. Beautiful golf course open to public and nice clubhouse with restaurant and bar. Could have been cleaner. The owner was very responsive and proactive. I would stay again.

We extended our stay by two weeks, please read my previous review. Can not complain about anything apart from location from theme parks, at least a 45 minute drive from attractions.

Great Place!

I stayed here for the Haines City Ironman . Excellent location for it! Next to food, gas, road around the neighborhood, great lap pool. The unit is super big. Building is very quiet. It is an upper unit so if you have a bike in a case like I did , it was a little hard to bring up the steps (2 flights) but I managed and wouldn’t stop me from staying there again.

We stayed in the property for 2 weeks. Just the two of us.

A beautiful condo. Sadly it was really dirty when we arrived late at night. The next morning was spent at the supermarket buying cleaning products and cleaning the place. The owners were informed and they notified the manager. She came over but didn’t do anything. We reported a lightbulb on the balcony one day 1 and it still hasn’t been addressed. Great location in a lovely estate. Shame the management company aren’t doing what they’re paid for.

Lovely Property

Owners couldn’t have been more helpful, quick to respond to any questions. Property very clean, beds, living area all very comfortable everything you could possibly need is there. Property is more residential than resort and at least 45 minutes from main attractions. Would have been nice for a TV in second bedroom but no complaints at all.

Be careful to weigh your Pros and Cons.

I hate giving anyone a review like this. I am starting with the Cons first. First as someone else stated there is no elevator so if you are older or handicap forget this condo. But most important is the condition of the master bedroom mattress, it is horrible and pretty much ruin our winter vacation there. (We contacted the owner for help but nothing was done about it). We ended up standing it against the wall and brought one of the twin mattress over from spare room and I actually slept in the other bed in the other bedroom. Also the TV in that room has two channels. The living room furniture is stained and uncomfortable. It definitely needs some loving care. Pros. All the appliances and closets are very nice. Pretty well stocked with almost everything you would need in the kitchen and baths. Easy walk to Walmart, Dollar Tree, Winn Dixie. There are all kind of fast food places near by. The swimming pool was well taken care of. We called Tanya about broken handles in the showers, drains slow, and a issues with the thermostat and she had it taken care of immediately. I cleaned the spots previous mentioned in another review off the 2nd bedroom wall with a magic eraser.

The property owner was easy to get a hold of. The property was in a good location. Grocery store and fast food right there. It 30 minute drive from theme parks with no traffic. It is in a secured neighborhood. The area is very quiet and nicely decorated place. The property is on second floor and there is NO elevator. The property was somewhat clean for a older building. The inside could use a better house keeper. When we check in they were just getting started with the cleaning and maybe they were rushing to get out. It was stuff on the walls and doors, that I guess is not the house keeper job to clean. If you have a bad back the beds are not your friend, you will feel every spring. There is no cable in the room, just in the living room, so make sure you have kids tablets for rainy days.

Great Family Vacation

Condo location was perfect. Close by to shopping, restaurants and within 10 mins of I4. Bedrooms were spacious, bathrooms were clean. Loved the full kitchen and especially the washer/dryer right off the kitchen. Tv’s in living room and master bedroom, we wish they would’ve had one in the 2nd bedroom for the teens but not a big deal. Loved the screened in porch to enjoy my morning coffee. Maybe a few more towels but overall a great location, we would definitely stay here again.

This quiet, peaceful, private, attractive, well designed, clean and safe condo didn’t feel like it could be walking distance from major shopping, but it was. We enjoyed our stay and hope it will be available if my athlete daughter races in Haines City again. Six stars out of five.

I will definitely go again.

Very nice. Lovely community. Great location. Comfortable and clean. That being said, a few minor things. The TV in the master bedroom did not work. The electronic thermostat was locked into programming that required regular resetting of the AC for comfort. The lamp shades needed dusting. Having allergies in the family, this was an easily fixed issue. Overall this was an excellent experience, both economical for a weeks stay, and relaxing. I will recommend this location to other friends and family.

A great location for my golfing, quiet, fantastic access to nearby shopping. Close to multiple golf courses, attractions and major highways. Clean , quiet seclusion.

Looking forward to returning

This property is in a quiet gated community on a golf course located near many businesses; a supermarket, fast food places, restaurants, shopping (Walmart), urgent care, gas station, etc. Many of these are within walking distance. The area is clean and well maintained and the people in the area are friendly. The condo was exceptional. Located on the second floor with a screened in balcony it had all of the amenities of home: full kitchen, full sized washer and dryer, two bedrooms with 2 baths and great TV selection. This was especially important to my husband because he enjoys many of the older TV shows. He's not a golfer and, therefore, likes to relax watching many of them. The place is clean and well maintained. Another important factor. We enjoyed our stay so much, we are planning to return next year. Hopefully the weather will be more cooperative so that we may take advantage of the community pool. Thank you Ross and Rachel for a relaxing and well enjoyed stay in a place that was much like home.

Property was nice-did a little cleaning to satisfy me. TV in the bedroom didn't work-this was kind of disappointing. I expected the TV. But I guess it's no big deal. House was very nice. Probably would consider renting for a month next year, if it should be available,
