The Space:

The moment you step onto the small patio, the sound of water slipping down the community pool’s slide and the gentle hum of the lazy river invite you to unwind. Sunlight filters through the palm‑lined streets of Regal Palms, and the scent of fresh coffee drifts from the kitchen as you settle in for a family‑focused getaway. Inside, the spacious living area opens to a cozy nook where laughter and shared meals feel effortless.



Sleeping arrangements

- Master bedroom on the lower level features a king‑size bed and an ensuite bathroom.

- Bedroom 2 upstairs offers a bunk configuration with a twin over full plus a trundle bed, perfect for kids.

- Bedroom 3 upstairs provides a second king‑size bed.

- The two upstairs bedrooms share a full‑size bathroom, and a third full bathroom serves the lower level.



Living space & outdoor

The large living room comfortably accommodates the whole family, with a small patio off the room that holds outdoor seating for two. A breakfast nook in the kitchen and a spacious indoor dining area make it easy to gather for meals or board games.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances, coffee and tea supplies, and everything needed for simple meals awaits you. The adjacent dining space invites you to sit down and share home‑cooked dishes together.

Location & convenience

Located in Davenport, the home sits just off I‑4 and I‑192, placing Disney World and other major Orlando attractions within a short drive. The Orlando International Airport is about 40 minutes away, making arrivals and departures straightforward.



Important notice

A mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day, including tax, applies for up to 10 guests and provides wrist bands for community amenities. The fee is required whether the amenities are used or not, and the resort will supply a maximum of 10 wrist bands at guest services.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complementary access to resort amenities.



IMPORTANT There is a resort fee of $22.40 including tax per day for 10 people/wrist bands. $22.40 PER DAY Please note that the resort fee is mandatory and applicable whether amenities are used or not. RESORT WILL PROVIDE 10 WRIST BANDS MAX AT GUEST SERVICES.

Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
