エアコン完備の4つのベッドルーム、1つのレベルに2つ、プールを見渡す中2階に1つ、屋上テラス付きのスイート、3つのバスルーム、3つのトイレ。
水没したビーチ、塩ろ過、子供の安全バリアを備えた温水フリーフォームプール。
休憩所とサマーテラス、ペタンクピッチ、卓球。
2500 m2の土地は閉鎖され、木が植えられています。陰影付きの南向き。静かですが、ロックフォールの村に近く（市内中心部のショップは3分）、200 mの森は散歩に適しています。
5〜15分のゴルフコース（オピオ、ソフィア、ビオ、ヴァルボンヌ、ムージャン）;ビーチは15分です。
カーニュ駅10分、ニース空港20分。

If you are looking for rest and relaxation, this villa is definitely worth considering

Christian and was an excellent host and responsive to our needs, although, to be fair, there was very little we needed due to the quality of the villa. He walked us around the property when we first arrived and gave us plenty of helpful information. There were six of us — me and my partner, and a friend and his partner and their two adult children. The indoor space was more than sufficient for us and the A/C was great (poor A/C is a deal-breaker for me, so when I say it worked well, you can believe me). The villa was just as it was described on the app and everything we were looking for. It was located on a quiet road just a few minutes from the supermarket. The outside space was impressive and the patio table was the perfect place for dinner in the shade every evening. I’m not one to spend much time in the pool, but my partner is and she loved it. We also spent some time inside watching the Olympics and the space for that was very comfortable — plenty of room for all of us. There was also a dining room table which was the perfect place to set up my laptop and do a little work in the morning. All in all, it was a very relaxing holiday and we would go back in a heartbeat.

Tolle Ferien in einem wunderschönen Haus in bester Lage

Wir waren 2 Familien (4 Kinder zwischen 8 und 10 Jahren und 4 Erwachsene) und durften in diesem schönen Haus wunderbare Ferien verbringen. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung, ist sehr gut ausgestattet und verfügt über einen grossen Garten mit sehr schönem Pool. Es bietet ausreichend Platz für 8 Personen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man erreicht innert 30 min Autofahrt viele kleine Dörfer und bekannte Orte wie Nizza, Antibes und Cannes sowie diverse Strände. Wir können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder dort Ferien verbringen. Danke für den schönen Aufenthaltl!!

Région magnifique

Localisation idéale pour visiter l'arrière pays et tous ces très jolis villages perchés sur les collines. La maison est très agréable, les propriétaires sont disponibles et réactifs. Très belles vacances!

Magnificent domicile with huge garden in quiet village

We have spend two terrific weeks in this awesome, spacious and really fully equipped domicile. The description is completely correct. House and garden are kept in best condition in a caring way. The big pool has a pleasant temperature of 28°C. All four rooms have a bathroom en suite and air conditon, if needed. The terrace is marvellous, the garden has enough space for children to play. You find everything you need nearby, but it is a quiet area of the village. Nice and the coast are as easy to reach by car as the villages in the hills or the Gorge du Loup. But you may also start a walking-tour directly from the house to the nearby forest. Christian and Martine are great lessors, speaking not only French, but perfectly English and even some German, too. We had a warm welcome. It is easy to communicate with them, if help is needed, they are there. Any questions arising before the holiday are answered, too. Thank you both for a very relaxing holiday in your lovely house & garden!

Great house

Great house for families with children. Good size and proper standard. Beautiful garden and pool. A bit rural, but with a rental car it worked out fine.

An amazing holiday in an amazing villa

This property looks amazing in the pictures & in reality it didn’t let us down. Lovely & spacious inside and out for our party of 8 two week break. Communication with Christian, the owner, was first class leading up to the holiday and was on the end of a text throughout for advice. We would highly recommend this property for a wonderful break in a wonderful part of France.

Jolie maison et jardin, magnifique piscine très pratique pour les enfants avec sa grande petite profondeur, une belle terrasse et bbq qui fonctionne a merveille, une cuisine très bien équipée, une literie confortable afin de bien se reposer et le calme absolu!! De belles adresses à proximité, la plage pas loin pour ceux qui voudraient de l'animation et des commerces faciles et proche d'accès... et propriétaires gentils et disponibles

Meget fint hus som fungerer godt for 6-8 personer. Dejlig udenoms plads med plads og muligheder.

Super godt hus som er velfungerende for den store familie eller 3-4 par på ferie sammen. Gode værelser med fine faciliteter. Stor have med faciliteter for fælles aktiviteter. Roligt område relativ tæt på indkøb, strand og de større byer på kysten. Velholdt hus og udstyr. Flinke og hjælpsomme udlejere.

Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil, leurs attentions et la qualité de la maison. La literie était parfaite. Tout était en parfait état de marche et bien entretenu. Nous reviendrons très certainement et recommandons vivement cette location a qui recherche une maison pour se détendre au calme à moins de 25 minutes de l'aéroport de Nice et proche de Cannes et de son arrière pays.

Wonderful, family friendly villa

This villa is a beautiful, well-appointed home with all the amenities you could want for a family holiday. The owners (Christian and Martine) are delightful, very responsive and more than happy to help with making your stay an enjoyable one. The location of the villa is great - only 30 minutes to either Nice or Cannes. It's also close enough to Monaco for a day trip. All in all I would thoroughly recommend this villa for a really enjoyable time in France. I hope to be back soon!
