Este condominio estilo casa adosada de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños en el extremo sur de la isla Amelia es un soplo de aire fresco. Ubicado en el complejo Beach Wood en el lado del océano de la plantación, ¡está a solo tres minutos a pie de la orilla del mar! Espacioso y amueblado con buen gusto, sus aspectos más destacados incluyen una cocina actualizada y elegante, un gran patio perfecto para albergar (con una chimenea para las noches más frías), una vista del lago y una suite principal masiva con un amplio espacio para sentarse y un balcón privado.

Disfrute de mucho tiempo en la piscina del complejo, que es muy privada y tranquila cuando no descansa en la playa perfecta. ¡Esta villa es realmente el lugar ideal para una escapada relajante!

Para aquellos visitantes activos que buscan aventura, ¡los senderos para bicicletas / caminar en el resort son de primera categoría! Aproximadamente siete millas de senderos lo llevarán a algunos de los puntos de interés de la plantación, como Aury Island, Drummond Point Park y Walker's Landing.

Los visitantes también pueden disfrutar del gran spa, tiendas y restaurantes dentro del complejo, o muchas de las otras actividades, como el Centro de la Naturaleza o el minigolf putt-putt. Quiet & Peaceful Stay

I really enjoyed the private and peaceful location of the property. The large back patio was nice, and the pool is just steps from the front of the unit. Check in was easy with no glitches. Secured entry to the resort property while keeping easy entry and exit. The spa was really awesome, so consider a service while you are there. It's just down the street from the unit. Overall a quiet, relaxing stay which was just what I was looking for.

Turn the light on

We arrived at night. Following directions, we pulled into parking lot witch was not lit and proceeded up walkway which was very dimly lit. After 3 walk bys, we found the unit totally in the dark . All outside lights and number were unlit. Fumbling to open key lock, got in and again total darkness! A welcoming light on would have been appreciated!!!!! The unit was as described- great central location , walkable to beach, shops and restaurants.Beach chairs were provided but a umbrella would have been nice. Bed is starting to feel it’s age. All in all, we enjoyed our stay there- the perfect weather helped !

Awesome Stay!

This place was so spacious with more than everything we needed. There are two floors with both bedrooms upstairs - the master is huge with a big walk in closet. So much better than staying at the resort nearby. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful as always

We have stayed in Amelia Island a bunch of times, it is always wonderful. We love these Beachwood Villas, incredibly short walk to the beach, but far enough away that you aren’t covered in sand the whole week. Property is big, and clean. Everything we expected. Will definitely go back.

Beautiful location

We were only able to stay for a day and a half due to an evacuation, but loved the property and Amelia Island. The plantation has a lot into offer. It was a short walk to the. Each and we felt like we had the beach to ourselves. The property had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Property

The pictures don't do this property justice. The property is absolutely gorgeous! From the moment you open the door, you feel like you're home. The property was unbelievably clean, and furnished beautifully! We will DEFINITELY be back!

Beautiful and private!

The spot was absolutely lovely and the space just as represented in the online pictures. Just a note: all of the doors to the property except the front door were unlocked when we arrived (weird) and there were a few things (candy wrappers, and unused diaper) left on the floors. Not a huge problem but not what we expected.

Total Relaxation!

Lovely, nicely decorated condo in a terrific community -- miles of walking trails through lush vegetation, 5 minute walk to the beach and the Omni Hotel, 10 minute walk to other on-site dining and the Nature Center. Nice pool next to the building. Quiet and peaceful. 20-min drive to downtown Fernandina Beach; 5-10-min drive for groceries and great restaurants. The only tiny critique is some of the finishes in the condo could use a refresh but otherwise it's a wonderful property and we would happily stay there again.

Nicely appointed townhome

I stayed here while attending a business meeting at the hotel. It is very well located, has a nice firm bed and all of the comforts of home. The furnishings and art work are of a high quality and made me feel like I was staying at a friend’s house rather than a rental. I would stay here again.

Golf outing

We enjoyed the golf and surrounding area. Restaurants were great everything was easy drive. The location was beautiful and the condo was as described. Great place would definitely come again!

Beautiful Property

Beautiful, quiet, secluded townhome. This property had everything we wanted and more. Steps to beach access and awesome bike/walking trails. We brought our bikes and the property had a bike rack at the front door. Everything you’ll need including beach chairs and beach towels. The Omni location with gated entry was so pretty and safe. Great shops on the property and even fishing right out your back door! Awesome stay. Will be back again!

Great Property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and only wished it was longer. The condo was well stocked, nicely decorated and convenient to everything. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and eating outside on the huge patio with a beautiful view of the pond. The owners suite was huge with a fun sitting area to watch tv and play games. We hope to visit again next year!

Beautiful Island, Beautiful condo!

The listing was spot on as to what we found when we checked in. Excellent property, great location. The condo was well supplied and beautifully furnished and the beds are outstanding! I got a kick out of the blender :) and we gave it a BIG workout. We spent a lot of our time on the patio with cocktails enjoying the fantastic weather. It was our first time to Amelia Island and we had a blast! I would recommend to any and all. Our only suggestion would be to add a TV to the second bedroom.
