Excellent

The property was cute and clean. The beds were amazingly comfortable (and we are pretty picky!). It's a quick walk to the beach along a beautiful boardwalk and the beach itself was uncrowded and truly amazing. We did run into some minor problems along the way but the management company fixed them almost immediately and nothing spoiled our fun. I highly recommend this property.

Comfortable stay

This unit was very clean and nicely furnished/stocked and updated. We wanted a first floor because of the dog and this worked for us. There is no view or place to sit out but the location is great. Could walk across the street to the ocean and lovely walk to all the Omni shops, restaurants and new par 3 golf course.

Wonderful trip

We decided to book a last minute getaway and somehow found this condo! It was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We had everything we needed and the hosts were great communicators, even checking in with us during the stay. The walk to the pool was a little challenging with small kids. The stairs made it impossible to bring our stroller. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend this place!

Relaxing

The home was very inviting, with everything from furnishing and cleanness. Needed startup supply where an exceptional plus-- Plus they let you bring your Fur Babies- One negative and NOT on owner's but it would be hard if you were older with walking issues to go down to the pool, with that said the pool area is a perfect spot to chill, and it was my end of day hangout.

Condo exactly as advertised

Our family enjoyed our stay at this immaculate property. Pros: beautiful Amelia Island setting, very nice, large community pool, short and easy walk to the beach, comfortably and attractively furnished. Cons: check-in/check-out times unusually late and early, no basics (spices, coffee) provided for cooking, no beach supplies like toys or chairs provided and no way to clean things you may have brought, such as a hose, and no private outside space attached to the condo. No situation is perfect for everyone’s needs and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Hi Anne! Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay! We are sorry if the check in/out times were an inconvenience. It is super important to us that we have the properties properly cleaned, prepped, and sanitized in between guests and that does take some time. We send a cleaner out first and then an inspector separate of the cleaning company just to check everything a second time to be sure it is in order for the next arrival. We do let guests know ahead of time to bring beaxh equipment and also list all the beach chair rental companies in our app! We do apologize if there was any confusion over what was provided there. This property does have a small private patio off of the living area with 2 chairs and a small grill! Maybe you guys missed seeing that somehow. Always feel free to give us a call if things/questions come up during your stay! We are here to help make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable. We appreciate you giving us some feedback and would love to have you guys back again!

Great weekend

Enjoyed time at Amelia island on resort….first time visitor to resort. A little disappointed being dog friendly we were not allowed to take our very well mannered older Weimaraners. Lots of people have dogs of all breed and sizes around the resort. Pool was a little too shady with not a lot of chairs. Need to bring own beach chairs, etc w you. Very nice condo has washer/dryer for washing towels and blankets. Make sure to spend the day at Cumberland island!
