Welcome to our Sunset Hideaway, a recently renovated 1,717 sq. ft. condo with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms at the luxurious beach community of Pointe West. Ideal accommodations for 2- 9 guests including 2 furnished balconies to watch the sun rise and the breathtaking nightly sunsets.

Located on the tranquil West End of Galveston Island, the community offers both beach and bay views as well as amenities like no other on the island. During your stay at Sunset Hideaway you will have access to the expansive and meticulously maintained private beach, fishing piers, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, fire pits, workout facility, gameroom, onsite seasonal restaurant/bar and boutique and much more. Plus, Galveston attractions like the Seawall, Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, The Strand area, restaurants, and more are just a short 30 mins away and make for an even more memorable vacation at Sunset Hideaway.

Accommodations
Open, bright, and clean with all new upscale furnishings, paint and flooring throughout. Sunset Hideaway welcomes you with a nautical New England coast decor.

Spacious living area complete with 55” flat screen smart TV, comfortable sectional sofa and three chairs. Plus, a cabinet filled with classic board games, cards, poker, checkers, etc. for your enjoyment.
The complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi in case you need to work while you play on your beach vacation.

Fully equipped kitchen with new stainless range/stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, granite counters, and plenty of storage including a full-size pantry. Most small appliances such as a blender, coffee maker, waffle maker, electric griddle, crockpot, toaster oven, and more.

Dining table with seating for 8 is open to living area and kitchen.

A nook off kitchen has a modern queen couch. The mattress expands on this sleeper after opening with air for added comfort. The door in this nook has access to a balcony with seating to watch the sunrise while enjoying your morning coffee or tea and listening to the waves.

Outdoor dining at its finest with seating for 8 on the large patio while overlooking the fabulous nightly Sunsets, Lazy River pool, and Bay. Additional grills and seating are just steps away at the pool area below.

WRISTBAND POLICY
The Property Owners Association (POA) at Pointe West collects a wristband fee of $25 per guest for each guest over the age of 4 (children younger than 4 do not pay) for use of the Beach Club and Sunset Pools during your stay at Pointe West. This is a onetime fee during your stay, not a daily fee. No wristbands are required to enjoy the beautiful beaches at Pointe West this fee is only for use of pools, fitness center, and other amenities. A reservation has been made in your name for your rental period at Pointe West. The wristbands are available at the Beach Club reception every day during business hours (9-5 off season, 9-6 peak season). The physical address for the Beach Club is 4161 Pointe West Drive, Galveston, TX. 77554. You do not have to purchase a wristband to enjoy the restaurant/bar at Pointe West. Your reservation will allow you to receive a temporary band to enjoy this business amenity.

FITNESS CENTER, GAME ROOM AND POOLS ARE OPEN YEAR ROUND

THE SUNSET POOL ON THE BAYSIDE OF POINTE WEST IS HEATED FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT YEAR-ROUND. THE BEACH CLUB POOL IS NOT HEATED AS IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO KEEP AN INFINITY POOL WARM. BOTH POOLS HAVE LARGE HOT TUBS FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT.
