Beautiful, fully remodeled beach front condo next to Pointe West Beach Club!
Enjoy the beach and all that Pointe West has to offer in a beautiful, fully remodeled, third floor beach front condo. Relax with a cup of coffee on the large, covered balcony while watching the sunrise and enjoy a day at the Pointe West Beach Club (next door) with an infinity edge pool, private locker rooms, fully equipped gym, and local restaurant (seasonal opening). Don't forget to take a walk on the semi-private and cleanly maintained beach or visit any one of the numerous attractions Galveston has to
offer.

Back at the condo you'll be welcomed by a remodeled kitchen with all new cabinets and counters, remodeled master bath with designer tile and heated floors, a well-furnished balcony for enjoying the Gulf coast views, and decorative shiplap walls. This floorplan provides more beachfront windows than any other condo plan in Pointe West! The primary bedroom has a queen size bed, beach view, blackout shades, and access to the balcony. The guest bedroom is designed to meet the needs of all guests. The room is perfect for a couple with a queen size bed with built-in reading lights. If you're bringing kids, they will love the bunk beds including a pull-out trundle. The guest room also has blackout shades. The living room is furnished with plenty of seating to accommodate all guests, a large flat screen TV, and WiFi throughout. The kitchen is well equipped with a drip coffee maker and plastic and stoneware dishes, utensils, glasses / mugs, and a slow cooker and pots and pans for cooking. Covered garage parking is included for one vehicle in space #8 directly below the condos. There is ample uncovered parking for other vehicles.

New elevator installed in early 2025. This unit is on the third floor which provides for the best views available, but please ensure all guests are comfortable walking up the stairs in case the elevator is down.

In order to access all amenities (pools, fitness center or game room) guests will need to purchase a Beach Club band for their visit which costs $25 per guest over three years old.

Great location, room was exactly like the pictures. We really enjoyed the lazy river and pool. Host was very easy to communicate with. I would recommend a deep clean because it was dusty. Overall I highly recommended and would stay again. It was peaceful and relaxing and not a crowded beach on this side of Galveston.

The condo was clean, beautiful and exactly as described, it was conveniently located next to the main pool and other property amenities (we had family staying in another unit at the resort and ours was definitely nicer to look at if your into having a modern, nicely decorated unit). There is an elevator for access to the third floor and all main areas around the resort were ADA compliant which was super helpful as my son broke his heel right before our trip. There was even a beach wheelchair we could check out from the main office which was a nice surprise. There were a couple of hiccups but the hosts were very responsive and worked hard to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We had a great time and highly recommend a stay with MaryAlice and Linda!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo and would highly recommend it. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the beach and conveniently close to the beach club, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.The condo itself was beautifully decorated with a stylish, welcoming feel throughout. The updated appliances were a great touch and made our stay even more comfortable. We also appreciated all of the amenities included with the rental, which added a lot of value and convenience.Communication with the host was outstanding from start to finish. They were responsive, helpful, and made the entire process seamless.Overall, this property was clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and very reasonably priced for the quality, location, and amenities provided. We would absolutely stay here again!

Ideal Getaway

It was the perfect getaway for some fun in the sun for me and my family. The condo was clean and had everything we needed! I really appreciate all the beach toys, wagon and storage unit on the garage floor. We will definitely stay again!
