Séjour saint jean de Luz

Bonjour Appartement très bien équipé, propre et agréable. Néanmoins, nos vacances ont été gâchée par un voisinage très bruyant toute la semaine aussi bien dans leur logement que dans la piscine. A se demander si la résidence ne leur appartenait pas…si c’est le cas, c’est vraiment un manque de respect envers les personnes qui économisent toute une année pour pouvoir se payer une semaine de vacances.

Ciboure

Location pour 4 personnes et non 6. Pas adapter aux personnes a mobilité réduite wc a l étage avec salle d eau. Acces en voiture très forte montée. Endroit calme, piscine tres propre et entretenu. Location tres propre et nous remercions Aline de sa disponibilité et son accueil.

Bien et agréable dans l’ensemble

Nous avons apprécié l’appartement situé dans un endroit plutôt calme. Le grand balcon est agréable. Quelques fonctionnalités auraient été appréciées: - sacs poubelles de 35 / 50 l supplémentaires - nécessaire de nettoyage comme éponges et torchons - lave-linge difficile à faire fonctionner - tapis de bains un vrai plus Remarque: ce fut assez compliqué de trouver la « bonne » avenue de la rade lors de notre arrivée car il y en a deux dans le secteur!

Appartement très agréable

Appartement très lumineux et propre. Grande terrasse très agréable avec vue sur le parc et la baie de Saint Jean de Luz. Très bonne literie. Pour le 5ème occupant : attention lit tiroir pas très grand, à vérifier avec l’hôte. Juste prévoir les condiments cuisine. Nous recommandons cette location.

Agréable séjour

Avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement très bien équipé. Il faut cependant préciser que la location ne peut pas convenir à des personnes ayant des difficultés de mobilité (gros dénivelé) Un 2ème jeu de clefs serait utile pour plus de liberté. Nous recommandons cette location.

Un bel appartement

Un bel appartement, spacieux et bien agencé. Tout est à proximité. Juste le lave linge qui ne fonctionne pas bien. Nous n' avons pas eu les serviettes de toilette. Sinon tout le reste était super bien. Je vous le recommande.

Très agréable séjour dans appartement spacieux avec vue

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cet appartement. Il est spacieux et confortable (le canapé lit et les fauteuils ont été changés), avec une vue dégagée et dans un cadre verdoyant. Grande terrasse, climatisation. Possibilité de rejoindre le centre de St Jean de Luz et sa plage à pied par un petit chemin en bas de la résidence. Piscine bien agréable pour se rafraîchir au retour d’une excursion dans cette belle région. Un second jeu de clé serait un petit plus (car si une personne part faire une course, l’autre ne peut pas accéder à la piscine par ex).

Bel appartement mais peut mieux faire...

Très bel appartement, très bien situé, avec très grande terrasse. Logement très propre. Cependant il est insuffisamment équipé, on n'a pas pensé au côté pratique pour les vacanciers ; en effet, il faut tout prévoir : sel, poivre, produits de base, papier toilette, etc. C'est regrettable. Il faut aussi apporter son propre linge de toilette. Il serait si facile de le mettre à disposition, comme c'est le cas pour le linge de lit. Dernier point à améliorer, le confort des fauteuils. Le canapé clic clac a largement fait son temps et les deux fauteuils sont très inconfortables. Il n'est donc pas très agréable de se poser dans la pièce de vie, pour lire par exemple.

Des problèmes de réglage !

Tout aurait pu bien se passer mais... ...pas de chauffage les 24 et 25 Décembre rendraient n'importe quel appartement inhospitalier ...Les propriétaires absents avaient délégué la mise en route de la location à une personne tout à fait dévouée mais non avertie des modalités de mise en route du chauffage avec lequel elle avait "bataillé" sans succès. Avertis le soir même évidemment ,un radiateur de salle de bains avait été récupéré dans l'appartement voisin des propriétaires, mais pas du tout adapté en dehors de la salle de bains.. .Pour résoudre le problème ,les propriétaires ont délégué là encore une personne de leur famille pour venir faire le nécessaire..mais cela le lendemain de notre arrivée et à ..20h .. et de fort mauvaise grâce: sans un regard ou presque et sans un seul mot d'empathie ,ce monsieur nous a bien fait comprendre combien tout cela l'importunait. Il est toujours déplaisant de se sentir rendus responsables de désagréments qui nous échappent totalement ! Il y avait en effet des chaise longues et autres qui encombraient le ventilateur qui permettait la mise en route du chauffage dans un placard sur le balcon.. Si vous venez en été ,il ne faudra pas pour autant être ignorant d'autres détails : ne pas oublier votre papier toilette ( non fourni à part une mince fin de rouleau ,imaginez le jour de Noël comme il est pratique d'en acheter..) ainsi que des poches poubelles..(habituellement fournis dans les locations ,non?) Sans oublier des oreillers en bout de course (vous savez les paquets de matière qui s'agglomèrent...et vous torturent la nuque!) Tous ces commentaires auraient pu se moduler si les propriétaires avaient eu la politesse de répondre à ma demande d'une réduction liée aux désagréments de la moitié de notre séjour : mais non ,pas un mot de réponse!. Ceci étant dit ,le pays basque reste une destination toujours très agréable et cet appartement est bien situé à dix minutes de St Jean.
