A luxurious 6 bedroom oceanview villa, Villa Fantome is located on the Dutch side of St. Maarten in the gated community of Dawn Beach Estates. The views of Oyster Pond, Tintamare, Anguilla, St. Barths, St. Kitts, and Nevis are ENDLESS. The unique multi-level design of the villa takes advantage of these spectacular ocean views from EVERY single room!  Each of the 6 bedroom suites boasts breathtaking ocean views. The moment you pull into the driveway and enter the oversized custom wood front doors, you will be captivated! The property is perfect for large groups, families, weddings, photoshoots, and corporate retreats, as there is plenty of space for everyone.

On the main floor, Villa Fantome is equipped with a beautiful gourmet kitchen featuring a spectacular quartzite island that can seat up to 12 guests. The kitchen is bright, modern, and well appointed with everything you could need during your stay. You will enjoy looking out at St. Barths while you are preparing your meals and simultaneously enjoy the breathtaking views of Oyster Pond and Dawn Beach. Relaxing in the hanging rattan chair in the corner of the room while the chef prepares your meal makes this kitchen a unique experience to remember. The chef in your group will love cooking in this large space. If you don't want to cook, you can also hire professional chef services to enjoy during your stay. We also provide a stainless steel grill for cooking outside. There is a 6 person teak breakfast table on the veranda adjacent to the kitchen in addition to the large, main outdoor dining area.

A half level down from the main floor, the living room boasts soaring 20 foot ceilings. There is a seating area to enjoy the beautiful views, as well as bar height table and chairs for a small group to gather for food or drinks. Dining al fresco will be an experience to remember at Villa Fantome, as the outdoor seating area is large enough to comfortably host up to 14 guests.

A half level below the living room, you will find the media room. The media room has a large flat screen TV and a comfortable sectional to enjoy movie night after a long day in the sun. The sectional can also easily accommodate additional younger guests as an alternative sleeping option. On this level, you will also find 3 ocean view bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. Each room is equipped with a king size bed, luxury linens, custom toiletries, and walk-in showers. Located on the pool level, guests staying in one of these 3 bedroom suites will enjoy the convenience of walking out of their sliding glass doors directly onto the pool deck.

The pool features 5 built-in bar stools to take advantage of the breathtaking views. Imagine sipping your cocktail, feeling the tradewinds, and looking out over the Atlantic ocean! This may end up being your favorite spot in the whole house! The pool deck features multiple lounge chairs for sunbathing. There is also a small seating conversation area to enjoy cocktails.

Above the main floor is an upper master suite also known as the "Presidential Suite". The spiral staircase leads you first to a gorgeous rotunda foyer. This is the entry way to the suite. The upper floor also features a walk out balcony and sun deck. There are 4 lounge chairs on the deck for your enjoyment. It is a perfect place to relax and take in the incredible views of St. Barths. The Presidential Suite features a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. The suite also features a seating area with a convertible sofa that could serve as an additional sleeping space for a younger guest if needed.

A second master suite is located on the main floor, just beyond the kitchen. This master suite also features an en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, king size bed, and small futon that could serve as an additional sleeping space for a younger guest.

For added convenience, there is also a laundry room and full cabana bathroom with a walk-in shower located on the main level. The laundry room features 2 large capacity washers and 2 large capacity dryers.

The 6th bedroom is located in the studio apartment under the main villa. This apartment features an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, private balcony, and a kitchenette. This is a separate, private space but with stairs and a ramp leading up to the main villa from the outside, it is easy for guests to be a part of all the amenities that the main villa offers.

Villa Fantome also comes equipped with 2 paddleboards, kayak, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, and a cooler to enjoy during your stay. Beautiful Dawn Beach is situated directly below the property and can be accessed from the neighborhood. About a 7-10 minute walk from the villa, Dawn Beach is a gorgeous white sand beach with a coral reef perfect for snorkeling. The JW Marriott/ Dawn Beach Club offers a beachfront bar and a light lunch menu.

With 6 bedrooms and 7 full bathrooms, Villa Fantome comfortably accommodates up to 12 adult guests, but can also fit additional younger guests if needed.  The nightly rate posted online is for use of the main villa, which includes up to 5 bedrooms and 10 guests. For more than 10 guests, there is an additional fee of $125 per person per night. This additional fee includes the use of the studio apartment, which is the 6th bedroom.

The villa is conveniently located close to the French border, so hopping over to the experience the beautiful beaches and top notch restaurants on the French side is a breeze. You will enjoy gorgeous sunrises, endless views from EVERY room, and amazing tradewinds year round.
