This house was amazing. Exactly what we expected. Our group of 11, ranging from 5 years old to 77 years old had a wonderful time. From the very beginning, communication with Gabi was fantastic. She never hesitated to answer my questions and was extremely helpful with anything I may have asked not related to the home (such as the best beach for young kids). If you are on the fence about renting this property, don't be, you will not regret it!

We just returned from staying at this Villa last night. I cannot put into words how wonderful this place was. The host’s literally left no stone unturned when bringing this home back to life. This home was hit by a hurricane and was rebuilt. Everything about it is simply amazing. It is spacious for families or a large group of friends who want a luxurious clean, well appointed place with beautiful decor. The views are breathtaking. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions and were so nice to deal with. They not only take pride in their home, but I noticed that they also are very good to their staff that live on the island and speak highly of them with good reason. We really didn’t need anything while we were there, but they have one of their home managers meet you at the airport and escort you to the Villa. Once there the young man who met us there (Roger) took us a tour thru the home and explained everything about the home. He was knowledgeable and answered all questions we had. They also have house keeping mid week come in and clean. I have never experienced this when staying at a Vrbo. Nor have we ever had anyone escort us to the property. It was very comforting when going to a place we had never been before. Kudos to the hosts. The home is well stocked with anything you might need. They have thought of everything. If you are looking at this property, do not hesitate to book it because it will become your favorite from the moment you walk in!

The Villa was absolutely beautiful. It was everything we needed and more. I would definitely love to come back again to stay. The host made everything so easy, from the guide meeting us at the airport, to the list of recommendations and favorite activities and restaurants. What a wonderful family memory.

We had a group of 12 ranging in age from 2-71! The villa was phenomenal. We have rented several homes on different islands and Villa Fantome was by far the nicest of them all! We were shocked at how well stocked the Villa was. There was so much room, our large group was able to spread out. I loved my morning walks with the monkeys and I made quick friends with 3 local dogs. The free weights were an added bonus so we could incorporate exercise with our vacation. The kitchen was definitely our main gathering spot and there was plenty of room to do this! Highly recommend Villa Fantome- communication was fantastic with the owner and Natasha. The housekeepers were amazing as well. We would happily return!

I can’t say enough good things about this villa and the host. The pictures are great but the views are truly incredible. This was our 3rd trip to St Maarten and we decided to invite a few couples to join us. The home was spacious, clean, well maintained and exceeded our expectations. You will not be disappointed!!!

Gabi and her family have transformed this beautifully renovated, post‑hurricane home into a truly exceptional villa that feels both luxurious and incredibly thoughtful. Every detail is intentional — from the coffee station offering multiple brewing options, to flashlights and lanterns thoughtfully placed in every room, to plush bathrobes that instantly put you in vacation mode. Despite the villa’s impressive size, everything is clearly labeled and easy to use, making it relaxing rather than overwhelming. Mornings started with coffee and French bakery treats while soaking in the views, and the toughest decisions we faced all week were figuring out which light switch did what — and which coffee to choose. Villa Fantome delivers comfort, charm, and five‑star attention to detail. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing!

The house was stunning. We took a group of 10 with us and all had plenty of space, large rooms and comfortable beds. The pool was fantastic with the most beautiful view. We will be back and would love to stay at the Villa Funtime again.

Beautiful home

The house was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view. There were so many amenities it felt like you were staying at a hotel. We stayed for 10 days so the house was cleaned three times. I highly recommend staying here.
