What a great stay! The place was exactly as shown in pics. Communication was kept from booking to check out. They even had a basket of odds and ends that are often forgot. Master bedroom was awesome, as was the master bath. It fit all of us with comfort. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay in a great home, wonderful location right around the corner from IMG Academy. The host was excellent to communicate with and made sure we had what was needed to enjoy our stay. We will look to book again next year!!!

50 and Fabulous!

We had a wonder stay celebrating 11 of us turning 50 this past year. It was perfect to relax by pool and quick drive to one of the beautiful beaches on the island. We enjoyed great restaurants and many friendly faces.

Wonderful stay

The house and location were perfect for our family. Three kids and five adults - we had plenty of individual and shared space. The on site pool was perfect and we were minutes away from beautiful beaches at Anna Maria Island. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and the house was fully stocked with kitchen/pool/beach needs. Highly recommend

Spacious yet cozy

Our stay at the Beachview at Bayside was excellent! This property had all the amenities and was very well stocked. We didn’t need to purchase anything extra but food during our stay. The home was spacious but also had many areas we could spend time together with our family. The location was great too. Not far from shops and restaurants and within 15 mins of AMI. Would highly recommend this property!

Small bumps, but great place for a staycation.

My family and I had a great time at this house with its heated pool and amazing views of the intercoastal. Plenty of room inside and out. Had a couple of hiccups during check in and the wifi going out, but the host was responsive and determined to give solutions. Location is conveniant with about a 20 minute drive to Sarasota or Longboat Key. We would definitely stay here again!

Great space for large group!

We were very satisfied with our stay! The location was an amazing central spot to explore Anna Maria Island and Sarasota. The property itself was spacious and had lots of great spots to hang out indoors and out. We particularly enjoyed the heated pool and patio area. The bedrooms were well set up for large groups and families. The whole house was clean and was well stocked with necessary items for a stay. The host was very communicative and helpful.

Enjoyable stay

We had a nice time in this home. It was clean, well stocked and decor is on trend. Owner was great when we experienced a few hiccups. Wish I had known about all the stairs. My elderly in-laws had a difficult time with all the climbing to the main floor. Also the bathroom situation is a bit tight. I hadn’t noticed in the listing but there are only two baths inside (just one on the main floor) for our big group.

Relaxing, beautiful stay

The property owners were so responsive and kind. We were a bit surprised about the condition of the property due to storm damage repairs, but overall it was very nice. The reviews indicated that there are only 2 bathrooms for 4 bedrooms but of course we didn't notice that until after we arrived. It all worked fine. The home is lovely, and well appointed. The view and location are great for getting around. You do not have beach access directly from the property; but driving to a beach isn't a big deal. The owners were great to work with, we had a lovely stay.

Wonderful Escape

We booked this very last minute for our parents 50th wedding anniversary. The house was immaculate and the details were very taken care of... fully stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, etc. We had some challenges with the checkin process (could have been us) and I thought given the description of ocean view that we could walk to the ocean (realized later it's on the bay and water access is private) but we had a wonderful time and felt very comfortable there. The back area with the swings and hammock was really nice and well kept. Pool was in amazing shape. We knew going in that stairs were involved and my parents are older, but it was actually not as steep as we worried and everyone did fine. Very close to grocery and restaurants. Great little escape!

Exceeded our Expectations!!

My wife and I travel frequently and we must say that, this was one of the best spots we have stayed at. Great location. Beautiful home, near the Bay. Everything mentioned in the ad was there and more! From games for the kids, to pool accessories, and all kitchen necessities. For the visits to the beach, they supplied items, like a Wagon, Ice Coolers,, chairs, umbrellas, and much more.... The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. I would definitely recommend this rental to others, especially large groups (large families like ours). We had 6 children with us. The kids loved the covered pool area. Any questions or concerns were answered immediately from the wonderful hosts. When we return to this part of Florida we will definitely utilize this location again!!!

Lovely, comfortable home for family stay.

Overall positive experience as a home away from home. Generally, well appointed home. Homeowner/ host was very responsive to questions or concerns. Convenient to food stores, restaurants, aquarium, museums and beaches. Of note, there are 3 short flights of stairs to get up to the first/main floor. The Bathroom on the first floor is a shared bathroom for the first floor which includes a master king bedroom, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a queen bedroom, family room and kitchen as well as the laundry room. The first floor bathroom is not part of an ensuite to the first floor master bedroom. The second floor king master is a comfortable suite for a family. The second floor master includes an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub.

Pictures were decieving in comparison to actual. House was not clean when my infant had black hands, knees and feet after crawling on the floor, games were missing pieces, child gates were broken, bathroom on main floor had minimal water pressure from the faucet, sink backed up easily. Had to contact management to adjust the AC. Kitchen missing key items to be able to cook. Air fryer was a nice addition. Washer dryer access was nice. Nice surplus of towels.

Perfect house for our family vacation

The house was exactly as described, and perfect for our family. My only caution is that there are a lot of stairs in the house. It wasn't an issue for anyone in our group, but if you're traveling with anyone with mobility issues or a crawling baby/toddler, it may prove to be a bit challenging. I think our favorite part of the house was the heated pool. It felt great on chillier evenings- almost like a giant hot tub. The owner was incredibly responsive. A few small issues popped up during our trip, and she addressed them immediately. My only regret is that our trip wasn't longer, and we didn't have more time to spend in the house. The location is great- an hour drive from TPA, and only 15-30 minutes to Anna Maria Island, depending on which beach you go to. Our family would absolutely return to this area, and if we do, we would love to stay in this house again.
