Summer vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean when we arrived and there were a lot of useful things in the house like a pingpong table, lots of games, washing machines, useful things in the kitchen. Maybe one thing: there is no eating table outside, but the doors from the kitchen can be fully opened.

The Brown Family

Beautiful spacious, and serene pool. This was perfect for all ages! We brought grandmother plus teenage children and a 10 year old and the house provided space (we especially loved the kids floor!) and large open-plan kitchen. Boulangerie Mateus was a 2 mins walk and was great for baguettes and croissants! Our teenagers got the tram into Bordeaux centre and then came back to cool off in the pool.

Brilliant experience all round. Really attentive and flexible check in arrangements with owners. House is fantastic, has everything you need, with pool an added bonus. So many rooms to accommodate us - 2 families with teenage kids. Core part of house is an open lounge/kitchen/diner, which opens out onto the rear garden and pool. Quiet residential neighbourhood but great facilities within easy walking distance (supermarkets, boulangerie, restaurants, bars, pharmacies etc). We didn’t fully appreciate in advance how well connected by public transport the house is - 2 main bus routes 5 minutes walk away, tram lines 10-15 minutes walk. All operate at amazing frequency day and night and make the city so accessible to the property. We didn’t hire a car, but we didn’t need one. Highly recommended.

Grande maison d'architecte confortable au calme

Nous avons passé 2 semaines à 9 personnes (4 adultes et 5 adolescents) dans cette belle maison. La climatisation a été bien utile durant cette période si chaude. Bordeaux est une très belle ville et nous avons pu visiter la région sans soucis. Très bon séjour. Nous recommandons vivement.

Very pleasant stay in beautiful house

We spent a week in this lovely property with our family, including 4 children, who had a wonderful time in the pool and playing with the games. The adults loved the comfort and the facilities, especially the barbecue which came in for heavy use.

Stunning contemporary house with pool.

We booked for a family holiday using HomeAway for nine of us including three children. From day one the owner was very helpful about the facilities at the house, but also kindly gave us some superb sightseeing tips for our visit which we did use! The house is stunning, contemporary and fabulously equipped to the highest standards.The outdoor pool,garden and terrace area with BBQ were superb. On arrival the house was immaculate, and a pleasure to stay in. I would have no hesitation in recommending the property to anyone. Thank you very much for a great holiday!
