This is a nice condo with a great balcony looking out over the water. We enjoyed watching the shrimp boats cruise on by heading out fishing. The condo has lots of space, is very clean and has everything you could want.

Very clean and the king bed was great, super comfortable, we normally bring our own pillows to places cause they never seem to be of good quality but didnt even need to use them here, pillows and bedding great, we had everything we needed for a great stay and everything was walkable which is a plus! Highly recommend!

Overall, everything was very nice. Comfortable, nicely decorated, great location and well equipped. We were impressed and would stay here again.

Overall very comfortable and the view was fantastic! We liked having the kitchen and cooked quite a bit. Only (very minor) downsides were - no pool towels and the kitchen pans need to be replaced. We would stay again - super convenient to restaurants and shops and with the dock - we had our fishing guide pick us up behind the hotel.

Very nice rental with a lovely screened in balcony overlooking the waterways of Apalachicola. Nice to have a king sized bed with good mattress and linens. We were there for only two nights but would have been very comfortable for an extended stay. Convenient for a visit to St. George Island which has lovely beaches.

Overall enjoyed our stay. Water Street Hotel was nice and in great location. Was a little underwhelmed by Apalachicola as a town. Looks a lot better in a magazine than in person.

Wonderful location and condo. Second bedroom is more of an alcove, but worked for one adult. Two full bathrooms. Near everything but far away to be peaceful. Nice pool and facilities.

Pre-Vacation Vacation

My husband and I took a few days for ourselves prior to a big family vacation at a local beach with kids, grandkids and extended family. This was the perfect location for relaxing and exploring Apalachicola. Close to everything - restaurants, shops and local breweries. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We plan to visit again!

Beautiful View

We enjoyed our stay in this clean condo with a beautiful balcony view. Nice linens, good bed and pillows. Kitchen was well furnished. Apalachicola is a wonderful "Old Florida " town. We are so glad to have found this charming, uncrowded place.

Perfection!

There is nothing better than showing up to your vacation rental and it being just as it was described. Clean, Comfortable and in the best location. Check in was easy breezy, communication was delightful and we have absolutely no complaints. We will be back!

Cute place & great location.

Everything was very good. Loved getting up each morning & doing my workout on the screened in porch, followed by a lovely breakfast. Walked downtown every day. Good restaurants & shops. Only misfortune was the last night the fire alarms kept going off.
