Welcome to Villa 157 your new home away from home. This newly updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is conveniently located on the first floor of the King and Prince Resort South Villas building. Offering brand new furnishings, high quality linens, and new TVs in every room as well as new tile flooring throughout! Enjoy cooking in in the spacious kitchen fully stocked for all your cooking needs. The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed with access to the private patio. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the living room has a pull out sleeper sofa perfect for 2 adults. Enjoy the beautiful St. Simons sunrises and ocean breezes from your own private patio. After spending the day on the beach, enjoy a quiet evening grilling out by the lawn and private south villa pool with jacuzzi. Feel like going out? This villa is just a 5 minute walk to some of the islands top rated, hippest restaurants that serve local cuisine. Everything you need to have a fabulous beach vacation is located right here!

Our guests have access to all the amenities of the resort including the hotel pools, bar, restaurant (Echo), fitness room, business center, tennis courts, access to Hampton Golf Club, room service and more. Restaurants, shopping and a bike rental shop are just a short walk away.

St. Simons Island and Georgia’s Golden Isles are rich in history, relaxed charm, and natural beauty, making it the perfect spot for Georgia vacations. We had a fabulous stay at this location…the condo was well supplied, quiet, and a great spot close to the ocean and town. We enjoyed having access to pools and other amenities. Furthermore, we needed to stay an extra night and Georgia Reality was extremely flexible and accommodating. We were very appreciative.

Great weekly rental

My family of 5 loved this unit. The kitchen was very up to date and the proximity to the pool and beach is unbeatable. We love the first floor because it not only loading and unloading easy but gives us expanded living area for kids to play in the grass. Will definitely book again.

Wonderful visit to SSI in May

We had a delightful visit to St Simons in May. The weather was wonderful, with very comfortable accommodations at a K&P villa. Shopping, eating at our favorite restaurants, and sitting by the pools overlooking the ocean made for a great trip!

Amazing Villa

We absolutely loved this villa. Everything one could possibly want. We especially liked that it had a recliner. Beautiful view of pool and ocean. Very clean and updated. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Rental

We love the King and Prince Hotel, but with two teenagers, we wanted more space than just a hotel room. This condo provided the best of both worlds. It is exactly as advertised. The kitchen and bathrooms are dated, but perfectly functional. They are accurately reflected by the pictures online. Check in and out was easy, and the one question I had during our stay was quickly answered by the property manager. I would stay here again.

Be aware, We needed two things that we didn’t have in our rental, covers for the sleeper sofa (Only found a fitted sheet and pillows after searching all the closets) and a hairdryer. Being on the ground level was nice and the little ones were able to get some energy out In the grassy area while we fixed meals and such. Love the umbrella and chair rentals on the beach that keep us from hauling all of that in the car and down to the beach. The villa pool was never crowded like the main pool was, so that was a nice also. Would stay here again but will bring extra bedding and a hairdryer next time.

The location on the first floor was really convenient to the beach and pool. You can also walk a short distance to the multiple resort pools. The furniture was average for a beach rental, not gross but not the best. The condo building is definitely older but remodeled some. The kitchen appliances were really nice and the kitchen updated well. We had an issue with the sink draining and it was repaired in a timely manner, although should have been noticed and addressed during cleaning prior to check-in. It was obvious from the start, so if the kitchen sink was cleaned by housekeeping they should have reported it. We had our own covered parking spot just out the door, which was nice. And the resort was a few minutes to Market St for dining and shopping.
