Our Host Jan was phenomenal. I would rate her a 10 on a 1-5 scale . She made sure we were comfortable in some unusually cold weather when we arrived in January. The unit was super clean. It has an exquisite view of sunrises in the morning and proximity to the path to the beach is a real plus . The amenities of enjoying all privileges at the King and Prince Resort provided by the owner of this unit were great, we used the Exercise Room everyday . It was also great to be steps away from Echo the restaurant there, which we enjoyed often, and the bar there, hats off to both bartenders there too . All in all a great escape for my wife and I from a snowy winter at home .

Perfect July getaway

Family of 5 (parents, teenage boy, elementary girls) enjoyed the stay, proximity, amenities. Grateful for both the private and public pool that were available. Great experience and would recommend to anyone with 3 kids or more.

Perfect spot and amenities

Great condo, stayed with my husband and 2 kids (3 years old and 10 months old). Perfect to be so close to beach and also the King and Prince pools, which is where we mostly spent our time.

Condo has just undergone a total professional redo; new granite counters, all new cabinets with a relaxing color scheme.

This property has been in the family for three generations. We love it!
The King and Prince Club opened as a seaside dance club in 1935. Six years later, on July 2, 1941, the main hotel building opened to the public as the King and Prince Hotel and was immediately praised for its modern features and magnificent ocean views. From 2010-2013, the Resort underwent a Castle Makeover, resulting in new culinary offerings and updated common areas. The new restaurant, ECHO, gives a nod to St. Simons’ brief naval history during World War II - through its name and nautical decor. The lobby Atrium welcomes guests to sit by the fireplace and the ECHO bar open daily from morning til late night. The oceanfront pool complex was also redesigned, with a paver-style deck, pergolas, all new furnishings and umbrellas.
