The house was exactly as described. We really enjoyed the pool and the quick and easy walk to the beach. The house has the best equipped kitchen of any rental we’ve stayed. Would definitely come back and recommend.

Loved this house!

House was super clean and close to the beach. Loved the pool in the back yard and the house was well stocked. Will def be staying again!! Highly recommended.

4th year in a row renting this property. House is fantastic with 4 bedrooms - 3 of which have kingsize beds!! Walked to beach, but mainly just basked the day away in the private pool. Fast internet. Very cozy, feels like home.

Great Stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for our family of 6. It was great to be able to have a (well heated) pool to ourselves and also be in walking distance to the beach! Restaurants and stores nearby. The owners are great communicators as well!

It was everything and more. It was a very well stocked kitchen, did not want for anything. There were more than enough towels for everyone. We loved how the primary bedroom is on the opposite side of the other bedrooms. Although we did not need to use them it had every baby equipment you could need. The wagon was well used to go to the gulf. The kids loved the pool and were in it each day. The hosts were very reachable through both texts and emails. We will definitely be back in the future.

Relax and Enjoy!

We had such a relaxing week at this home. It is well-maintained and stocked with about everything you could need. It was far more room than we needed, but close to where we needed to be. The pool was very nice, offering a bit of shade in certain areas and full sun in others. I couldn't have wished for a better place to stay!

House is beautifully maintained -- pool, beds, rooms, family area. Owner checked with us to make sure that we were enjoying our stay -- We Were! Excellent area with easy walk to beach, dinning, and convenience stores. We already booked again for next year.

This Place Has It All - Pool & Beach!

Gem of a property, wonderful owners

My family of 3 spent a week with our friends (also a family of 3) in Miramar Beach and couldn’t have picked a better property. The house was lovely, incredibly clean, and just what we had hoped for. Sherry and Mike were excellent hosts, communicative, and it was clear that they wanted us to enjoy our time in their home. Many thoughtful extras were included that made our stay even more enjoyable (beach toys, wagons, coolers, full kitchen accessories, etc,). We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Prefect house for our family

The place was very clean plenty of room for the nine of us. Short walk to the beach and our own pool to enjoy! Also very close to restaurants and shopping! I would definitely rent again and recommend to others!

Amazing location

Nice property and amazing location, short walk to beach, lots of beach accessories. The pool and backyard were great. Communication with the owners was excellent. Very quiet neighborhood. Would love to stay here again.

Fall Break

We came for Fall Break, the house was great. Anything you could ever need, they have there. Just a short walk to the beach and the pool was a favorite for my family. The property manager and owners were fantastic. We will definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

Wonderful house

The beach house was beautiful and very clean. It was in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach. The pool was perfect for hanging out with our family. We loved our trip to Destin and will definitely be back to stay at the same house the next time we are there!

We currently live in OH but have also lived in CA, the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. All of these places have beautiful beaches but none compares to Destin, FL!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We both grew up vacationing along the Emerald Coast so it has always been our favorite place to visit. We frequently vacationed here with our 2 kids and now our 5 grandchildren love Destin too. We first bought a 2 bdrm condo but as our family grew, we needed more room. We thought we'd miss the ocean view from our condo but found we much prefer the privacy of a single family home with private pool. Whenever we rent properties in other locations, we prefer single family homes. Much quieter and more private than condos.

この宿泊施設の特徴

We chose this house because we loved the split bedroom design and the fact that it has one of the largest back yards in the neighborhood. Mike is a civil engineer so he designed the pool himself to fit our yard and still leave room for a large patio. We added more palm trees along the pool and the back of the yard to create a more tropical feel. The community is gated and sits across from our gorgeous private beach.
House is centrally located to everything in the Destin area!
